Very Clean, Magnificent view, Very Comfortable, The food was delicious, Convenient area

I was VERY VERY VERY disappointed that the rooms did not supply a Refrigerator or a microwave its such an inconvenience to not store leftovers, baby milk or things to keep cool. A microwave to pop popcorn for a movie or reheat food, Those 2 things are needed and important

THE ROOM HAD A FAKE NAIL IN THE BED AND A FAKE EYELASH ON THE PHONE CORD. THERE WAS ALSO A BANNER HANING ON THE WALL, IT WASNT OURS. THIS ROOM WASNT CLEANED GOOD

The Golden Nugget is also a Casino, nice how in the Casino you could choose to be in the Smokers or No Smoking area. We as smokers enjoyed there was also inside place we were allowed to smoke and do find it important there is also No smoking area for people who really dislike the smoking (very different as e.g. in Vegas were you can smoke everywhere in Casino). Although we couldn't enjoy it (we had a in between stop in Biloxy) there was a nice pool area and we could see how other were enjoy it

It was a nice clean room. The view was awesome and the balcony was big enough for all 3 of us. The beds were very comfortable. I needed extra towels and the staff got right on it. I would definitely stay here again.

It may seem petty, but it needed a mini fridge. It was inconvenient to have to bring a cooler to the room. The walk back and forth to the room was a little insane, so a more direct path to the room.... especially check in/out would have been nice.

We never had to leave the hotel. Everything we needed were there! Staff were very helpful

We saw a man looking into people’s cars and broke into an unlock Bronco from our window. Called for security but no one ever went to the parking lot. The man was out wondering the parking lot for over 10 minutes. The landscaping staff walked by him several times. Someone should have alerted them.

We liked everything about the room and the service The employees went over and above their job to make us comfortable and enjoy our experience

On our 2nd night we had The room next to us kept slamming doors throughout the night and had a baby that was crying all the time we felt like they left the baby unattended in the room for them to go play casino or whatever they would come back the door to slam then the baby would stop crying for a little bit dord slam again Then just a few minutes later the baby goes to cry The last night was very uncomfortable and we didn't get much sleep

We like the location. Being the near the big bridge was a plus. Being able to paddle board in Ocean Springs and between GN, and the next hotel, was good. We were always able to find parking. We requested a room with a balcony on the west side due to the unreasonably loud ac units on the east side and were kindly given a room change.

The restaurants inside were quite expensive. There were no spaces inside that had windows to be able to see and enjoy the ocean unless you were dining in an expensive location or you were in the rooms at the southern end. The colors and the hallways were quite dark. The view on the east side is spectacular, however the sound from the ac units below literally make it miserable to sit on the balcony. (10th floor)

We had a twin room on the 8th floor which was very spacious with a separate bath/shower/toilet room. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable with nice puffy pillows and a firm mattress. The location was perfect for the marina and also for exploring other casinos nearby. We had fun in the casino on site too which has lots of games to get involved with. The free parking was a bonus.

The staff weren't as friendly as other hotels we've stayed in but as the hotel is so large it's difficult to have that personal touch.

I Love the Hotel,and the room we had. The only thing I did not like was the fact that we did not have a refrigerator or a microwave in the room. I spent over $300 dollars for one night,and that was a big no no for me. I prefer to go to a rundown hotel to get a fridge and a microwave.

Put refrigerators and microwaves in all rooms,have extra blankets in the closets. Offer free play to your first-time guest or a free appetizer at a restaurant,something would be nice. We have visited Golden Nugget over ten times within the past two years and this was our first stay,and our last. I prefer to go to the Hilton to get my free breakfast,fridge and microwave. This was my Husband's Birthday weekend,and we had beer and things for the party,but no fridge,and the ice machine did not work,and they said they would bring it to me,but never did. I called back down about it,and the lady was very rude. I asked for blankets,and was told there are no extras,so they brought sheets,and that did not help.

I love the cleanliness, the different restaurant choices and the food at Micheal Patrick’s Sports Bar and Grill was awesome. The breakfast , lunch and dinner was amazing. The waiters were very knowledgeable and friendly.

I didn’t like that breakfast food buffet in Bubba Gump Restaurant and didn’t have a lot to offer. I also didn’t like that the balcony room didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave for the price we paid and that the ice machine was out of ice because everyone was trying to get ice due to not having a refrigerator in their rooms.
