The breakfast was fantastic. the room was nice and clean. I wish we were around more to enjoy the pool

Checking in was the really only negative part of the stay. First, there was no one at the counter when I got there. I stood there long enough for 3 more couples to stand in line and wait to be checked in. When the girl finally showed up from outside she never made eye contact, barely acknowledged me, never smiled or seemed the least bit interested in being there, let alone helping me. Horrible first impression. Through email we were told we could have a free cocktail because we were celebrating our anniversary. Once again, not acknowledged or followed through.

My room was available before check in, what a fantastic surprise! Room was exceptionally spacious and clean. Refrigerator in the room was great! I was pleasantly impressed there was a bathroom fan! I’ve never stayed at a hotel that had a vent. Very helpful when you’re taking a hot shower to get rid of the steam. The beds were soft, comfortable and roomy Haven’t slept this great in a long time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot, delicious and plentiful, what a treat!

Every thing was great! There is nothing bad to say.

Happy hour bar was disappointing, because there wasn't anyone staffed. Waited 8-mins before acknowledgement then asked to wait. We went elsewhere! Jacuzzi wasn't convenient, especially for a senior couple, struggling to walk out 100 yards, navigate around plants, and evergreens, dimmly lighted (looks good, but not functional). Architecture is beautiful but designers should walk the walk, better yet ask their senior family members to test the trek ... really 🤔!

The staff was amazing. Friendly and quick to help with any issues The breakfast was delicious every morning with options for everyone. Love how close it was to everything we wanted to do.

Didn't know I had to request our room to be cleaned the day before we wanted it cleaned. And when I did request a full service clean they didn't vacuum or clean the bathroom at all. They only made the beds with fresh sheets and replaced the towels. We were there for 10 nights and wanted a full clean halfway through our stay. If you're wanting something more I guess you have to request EXACTLY what you want.

We had a great view of the beach. Our shower and bed were massive. The lobby and breakfast area were beautiful. The food was probably the best I have ever had for a free hotel breakfast. The fireplace next to the pool was a cool addition.

The pool was not open during our stay. The room was smaller than we expected. The room wasn't as well stocked as we expected it would be. Limited nearby restaurants to the hotel when compared to the casinos you could stay at.

Beautiful property with a nice pool. The rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Located right across the beach. All the employees were very polite. My family really enjoyed this hotel. I would definitely book again.

It states check in is at 3pm we went to check in and had to wait an hour to get a room that’s been booked in advance it should have been ready on time.

I can’t think of anything that I would complain about. There was a woman ahead of us checking in who was being extremely ugly to the staff at check in and the lady working the desk handled the situation very well. She did go for help from a manager because the person trying to check in became very obnoxious but again, handled very professionally.

What did we like? The staff. They were supper great upon check-in until check-out. The 24/7 bar suffered because Hyatt never followed through in restocking the bar but the ladies in charge came up with plenty of solution to keep the customers satisfied.. William And shame on you Hyatt for making the staff suffer because of your lack of delivering supplies when needed.

Logistics, you, Hyatt, failed these folks running this hotel as in supplies.

Location is awesome, breakfast was great easy access in and out the view from our room, room was clean and very comfortable. The fact that we could bring our dog and she had very adequate space to potty! Staff treated us very well!

Some of the other guest were very disrespectful as far as cleaning up after them selves in the pool and fire pit area, they left towels, pizza boxes, napkins,cans, drink bottles all over!! Very agitated at how selfish and disrespectful to the property and other guests people are!

We liked everything. everyone was friendly, everything was clean and the breakfast was very good. liked having a bar and a restaurant when you don't feel like leaving they have a lot to offer. Our beds were comfortable for a hotel also.

When we got there they couldn't find my reservation. i had to probe that I had booked ahead of time. We booked through Booking. com and apparently they didn't send the information over like they were supposed to. It took a little while, but they found us and we were good to go after that.
