The Hotel is beautiful and the Room is amazing and comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff are friendly and nice. I love it there. Will come back next year vacation.

Very nice hotel, perfect location , great breakfast

I gave my credit card to the receptionist to charge my $15 incident fee & he (Julien ) charges me for the full amount of $235 for a one night stay even after I told him it was already paid . Found out later they canceled my stay so he charged me full price . I didn’t know until I left the next morning and I asked for my receipt . Spoke to the manager, Ms Angel, and she basically said , oops, I will talk to the staff .She gave me 7,000 points on my Hyatt card to help pay for another room . She was very harsh & not friendly . I will never stay there again as there are too many other places to stay in Biloxi !!

The team here asks the right qualifying questions to enhance your experience. I booked a disabled room. The accommodations for anyone within ADA guidelines are up to code. The resources are up to date for easy accessibility for kids and adults. The updated coding guidelines and the authentic servant leadership are an industry standard in hospitality. Booking a room here is safe, close to an outside view of the beach, and kid friendly.

The space and linens were clean and wonderful. Almost like a weighted blanket in the comforter. I really liked the view, which was overlooking the seating area in the courtyard. The staff were courteous and genuinely helpful.

The only issue in the stay was the bathroom door. It was not functional upon our arrival. My guest and I were not terribly inconvenienced by this, but did notify the front desk and maintenance in the morning while we were leaving. Even that was taken in stride by the staff. 10/10 would stay again.

Room was big and comfortable, The cleaning staff was OK and the Breakfast was very good, the parking area was Ok but needed more lighting and bigger parking spaces.

The pool was not open due to it being broken, The parking areas needed more lighting and bigger spaces, at checkin the Person checking us in did not inform us of any of the breakfast options or the room options, we heard another employee tell their checkin customer the details.

Location to beach

Lady s front desk didn't put our food order in right and when cook asks her about it she said oh yeah it didn't print on ticket. Cook apologized for her. Also same night same lady came to pool without saying a word just stood there waiting for us to get out pool like we knew what the time be ause we had no phones or watches. Rude. So we just got out and left. As we passed her she still never said anything.

The breakfast spread was the best setup we have ever experienced, hands down. The area was clean and the offerings were excellent. We have stayed in more expensive hotels and had nowhere near the experience we had at Hyatt Place in Biloxi.

I didn’t like that the hotel pool was accessed via the front door entrance. The pool location felt very exposed and even if it had been warm enough for a swim, I would not have used it because of the location. It also appeared to be a shared pool with the hotel next door. It was an amenity that I was looking forward to, but could not partake.

Everyone was nice, especially the 2 front desk girls. They were exceptional employees and very warm and friendly... definitely an asset to the company. Loved the Starbucks coffee in the lobby! Breakfast was pretty good. Rooms were cleaned well when we asked for it. We loved this place and would definitely recommend it to others!

The pool bathroom was dirty and not touched for 3 days. I finally told the front desk and they said they would see that it was taken care of. I never went in there after that. The only other negative was a barking dog on our floor. Front desk was notified, but it barked a lot the next night as well. I might recommend that guests with pets all be located on the same floor so that those of us without pets don't have to be disturbed by them.

The rooms were clean and the shower was excellent. The continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever eaten with a wide variety of food and drinks.

Room 529 was our room and it had a very noticeable squeek when the AC was on. We were already unloaded in our room when we noticed the sound so we did not alert the front desk and were too tired to change rooms. If we were staying for more than 1 night I would have asked for another room, but the overall experience of this hotel was very good.

The staff, the room, The breakfast, The bar, The in-house restaurant and the location. I have a special name for this place, it's the Big House. it's my home away from home.

The second floor view of the Gulf is a little limited due to the structure of the building.
