The hotel is nice & clean. Friendly staff

Booking didn’t notify us that pool was closed & no breakfast due to remodeling. Unfortunately my kid acted a donkey & knocked on several doors & ran at 11:30 the 2nd night & we were kicked out of the hotel. I left him unattended for all of 10 minutes to unload the car! They do not play here, so keep your kids in check!

Having to pay $100 up front that I didn't know I would have to pay even though it would be returned. This information should be told before arriving.

This is a new location without "signage" but I found it. The room did not have all the regular amenities (luckily I had CVS nearby and could get-by. There was no Breakfast (as advertised? I was told that is to be installed along with "Signage".) I was able to bring in instant coffee and some muffins to get going. It was quiet and restful and the front desk people: Valencia and John were very nice and always tried to provide service, etc.! The "manager" never appeared but if you call on Sunday he finally answers a phone. He is NOT Helpful! I don't have his name. I don;t think he has anyone working on Sunday - just the feeling I had... I will try to stay at this location because I travel there frequently. I hope the new signage and a breakfast will be available soon. Thank you!

A person who called himself "manager" but never appeared. On the day I checked out I had to call a number (on a paper at the front desk) this person identified himself but could NOT have been any help. I really don't think he had a person assigned to work that day.

When ny room flood most of the staff was very accommodating and very nice.

When my room flooded first thing in the morning, at no fault of mine, the lady who came to help was very very rude. She kept cutting the heat up to over 90 degrees and when I turned it down she said to stop because she had turned it up. Then instead of even apologizing for my stuff getting wet she very rudely told me to get my bags and luggage out of the closet because it was in her way. I asked if she could come back after I quickly got ready to go because my job depended on me being on time and she ignored me. The flooded water ruined a very expensive over night bag and a pair of shoes. Most if my make up was also ruined.

From the time you walked in the front door, you could see and smell the clean. It is probably one of the very cleanest places I have ever been in. James was the gentleman that checked us in and he was so nice and so helpful. We love James. And the manager, the next morning was super helpful and told us how to get the best rate possible for staying an extra day. Even the housekeepers were all so nice and friendly and very professional. Every time we come through here this is where we will stay.

The staff was awesome and accommodating. Initially we had booked a single room but when we saw that it had an ajoining room we asked to get it. The gentleman at the desk made sure that they were accessible before letting me get the room. The pool was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay!

When we booked, the booking.com advert. Said that there would be a breakfast, at the time it was not yet up an running. However the location of the hotel made it easy to grab food!

Nicely renovated room; quiet; felt safe; night desk clerk was especially helpful and professional. Hotel was perfectly located for me, and the price was very teasonable.

Hotel is under construction so it appeared that rooms were limited. No breakfast was provided.

Very clean & comfortable

Not property, but info provided on Booking.com: listing as pet friendly. Received email confirmation that property was to accommodate our special request (travel with small dog) with no additional fee. On arrival found that pets cannot stay Need correction on Booking site.

This is a very basic hotel, very good location and price. Older hotel but decent. They are going through a renovation. Clean room nice staff no breakfast served. Has a clean basic workout room, ice machine, washer, dryer, pool and snack bar for a fee. If you are working in the area or just need an affordable place to stay I recommend this hotel.

I had to pay$50 deposit and its has been 3 days and still haven't received it..But overall the place is clean and neat.,and i would recommend this to anyone for a great stay
