Very nice welcoming staff. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in at a motel or a hotel.
The side chair in our room really needs upgraded. There were no bath towels at the pool only hand towels. The bath towels were in the hamper and there were a lot all over the floor just spewing everywhere. I'm sure it was probably due to lack of staff but it was pretty messy. Otherwise, the pool and hot tub we're very very nice.

It was perfect for what we needed for an over night stay heading back home to Florida. Staff needs to make more of an effort to make sure the property is safe and people arent outside hanging out in the cars.

Beds were comfortable, the room was nice.
The room was generally clean. But the floor needs to be wet moped, walking across the room a few times, and our feet was nasty. Lady's said it would be nice to have more light

Great motel for a small town. I was happy not to have to stop in Tupelo. Found a nice local restaurant and enjoyed to quiet atmosphere. Felt like small town America but with a large town motel with amenities.

Location was in a good place. Cost was fair. And rooms were cleaned well.
In our room the heater/air conditioner. Was missing the knob to change from hot to cold.

The breakfast was good but very small, excellent for the value. It was very clean and sanitary. Location was very good except for the highway noise. You could here ot at night and was a little anoying.
For the value it was real nice and appears to be kept up and renovated.

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk employee. Room was clean, bed very comfortable & location perfect! We just needed a place to sleep! Would stay there again!

The staff was amazing. from the older lady at the front desk to the poor lone cleaning lady. they had to bring someone in from another city to help with housekeeping.
The room was not clean. it wasn’t filthy, and the sheets were clean. They need help in housekeeping. the ones that seemed to be managers were not friendly and wouldn’t speak to us. maybe this is why they don’t have housekeeping people. I don’t know.
