Location

We stayed on June 29, 2024 and a room. Our son had booked, we felt like the room had not even been cleaned the way it looked. Booking.com had not followed through with directions to the hotel so there was no reservation for us when we got there, fortunately Hampton Inn honored the reservation anyway. Booking.com got everything resolved the following day with our son. The reservation for our return trip on July 6, 2024 was all set up even with a phone call confirming earlier in the day that we were already checked in. The rooms were very clean. Everything was much better this time. With both states, the hotel staff service at the front desk was wonderful.

Your bathrooms are stellar. Best ever! Breakfast was terrific, the manager was very friendly & so patient. He showed me how to use that toaster. Ice was incredibly close & clear! Good air conditioner!

Room 311. The office chair was broken, the refrigerator made noise all night and leaked. I didn’t find the closet till morning, my fault!

Great stay, very friendly staff.

Nothing. My only problem is with booking. They really screwed up my stay but the hotel stepped in and saved the day. Booking never sent the confirmation to my hotel. I set on hold after a 7 hour drive with booking. The hotel said to just show up and they would handle it and make sure I had a room no matter what.

We have stayed at this location a couple times on trips. I almost chose another hotel because of past experiences, i.e. Hotel getting tired and needing updates. I'm glad I stayed the course as the hotel seemed spruce up, very clean, nice staff (especially the breakfast staff).

There was no orange juice at breakfast. No one's fault - it hadn't been delivered.

Everything!!! I hope the staff is acknowledged because this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were amazing. They were fun and whatever we needed they were on top of it. The Hampton Inn is always great, but this one was the best ever. Keep up the good work!

The breakfast was good...plenty of options. The facility was clean, friendly helpful staff. Traveling with 4 young boys and the suite fit our overnight needs. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Easy access from interstate.

Mattress on pull out sofa was a bit dingy and stained.

Breakfast was great. Particularly the omelette and grits. The best thing was the staff. There was some confusion about the room we booked (number of beds) and the lady at the front desk upgraded us at no charge. Also janitorial staff were very friendly and professional.

Carpet in room was not secured and was bunched up in places. Noticed there were stains on the sofa as well as items under the cushions that were removed for the sleeper sofa

The pool was nice and breakfast was good , lots of room to eat not all scrunched in like other hotels we’ve stayed at .

My husband does not know how to use the apps in a smart tv so that was kind of an issue when he wanted to watch tv
