The overnight gentle lady in the first hours of Friday made sure I was taken care of even though there were difficulties with the reservation, and she was patient and kind with me. Mr. Romil and the gentle lady who checked me in and out, respectively, provided my every need and answered every question. The comfortable and spacious room was also peaceful, adding to my thanksgiving that the motel is located within walking distance of my intended event, so that it was my “free parking,” as well. Everyone and everything made my trip easy, successful, and fulfilling. Thank y’all and God be there with y’all.

I only wish what I wish at every hotel/motel, that tipping for those beloveds who clean and prepare our rooms be possible by card and not only by cash. But that is a policy/technology/logistics problem on my side, not the hotel’s.

The Guest next door was loud & noisy in and out all night we barely got any rest ‘ we were there out of town for a funeral and this didnt help the all ready sensitive situation 3,000 eye rolls 👀!

It was the night befor hurricane Ida. It was very busy. The desk lady was overwhelmed but just kept working and was friendly, helpful, and efficient. The room was clean The bed was comfortable. The area grounds were clean even though there were a lot of cars and people around. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would return to this location.

That they where the only one who would allow my fury friends in my situation I had going on at the time.. they where very understanding...

The lady at the front desk was so friendly and the quiet place and cleaned. And we found a near place for the breakfast.

When I received my first key card, the room was ocupaid by someone else. The second time the door do not close. And the third time the parking was a little far away from our room.

It's use to be red roof inn and it's was crazy around here but now it's nice and no fight love it

That I had to wait on towels and washer right so long when it wasn't that many people here

Lady at the desk when I checked in was asleep when I arrived and after I had to wake her up so I could check in she was extremely rude. Rooms definitely could use a little more space

It was exactly what a wanted - a reasonably priced room to get some sleep before continuing my return trip home

That's not really fair - not a great neighborhood, but I thought the Red Roof made me feel secure for my brief stay - but not where you want to stay if you want the ambience of Hattiesburg

Room 143 did have the lights working by the beds both lamps didn't work or the big over head light as well as the charging port that is connected to the lamps
