I loved the room for the price. The kitchenette and storage was so nice to have, it was almost like having a mini condo! The AC unit was phenomenal. The pool was great! The staff were also great, and helped with everything I had asked for! Breakfast was also great, almost something new every day!

Some of the things could be updated. It is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, but there was a cigarette burn on the desk. The room didn’t indicate smoke smell though. I didn’t like that kitchen wares weren’t provided already in the room, they had to be asked for.

The room and the staff were great. We only stayed overnight because we were there for the Black and Gold Day in Hattiesburg, MS.

When I booked on the website (booking.com) that there was no mention that my Cash App card could not be used at the facility. I was informed of this when I arrived at the Marriott Town Place Suites in Hattiesburg, MS, 4 hours away from home at 9 PM. Now I am going back and forth with Cash App and Marriott Town Place Suites to get over $500 refunded to me (which they are saying will take 14 business days to do so)

The location was convenient but the freeway noise was disturbing.

It was time change Sunday and the staff did not consider that when they closed down exactly at 9:30 with no consideration of clients that may have not responded to that time change. We had requested an early check in because of the wedding we cane to attend. Either the desk did not notify the cleaning staff or that staff refused to alter their procedures to clean the room. The first staffer at the desk made no attempt to address that correction. When the next staffer came on duty she contacted the cleaning staff and they prepared the room for us. We waited1 1/2 hours to be allowed the enter the room and change clothes for the wedding.

Very helpful staff. They convinced me to become a member and I've already reserved another stay. Very clean. And the location is in a very convenient area for business, family time, or spending time with your significant other. Very pleased with the experience.

I can't think of any unpleasant experience.

I was surprised to see the room is big and brand new and clean plus it came with a full refrigerator and a stove and big closet. Unfortunately I did not have time to enjoy it as we have to leave early for a funeral service in the morning. The price is reasonable and it was in a very safe neighborhood. We cancelled our other room reservation as it was in a very uncomfortable neighborhood.

bed was very comfortable , the room was very nice and clean and the bathroom was sparkly clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was nice and friendly.

the only thing we did not like was the elevators-- they had a really bad smell that we preferred using the stairs and the few times we used the elevator and encounter other guest they complain about it also

That we had to wait 30min for bacon The hotel manager left a message on my phone threatening to cancel my reservation if I didn’t pay over the phone before I got there and told me the payment processes and then when I got there it wasn’t.

The suite had plenty of room and the facilities were great. The breakfast was very good.

The people above us must have been kangaroos...we almost called the front desk but beared through it. These people were up to at least 1am and played music and bounced around...it was very upsetting to us.

My husband travels for work but this trip was for him to see his Grandmother before she passed. The best hotel stay I have ever experienced. Hands down. The staff was AMAZING! The room was on point with a kitchen so I could cook meals (when you're on the road you're tired of eating out). But most impressed with Booking.com, they got us into this hotel with a call to the property as we would arrive at 4:30am. We left quickly after a call telling us of his Grandmothers condition not realizing check in would be 3pm. But Booking.com called and set up the arrival times so that we were accommodated at such an odd time. Thanks to all.

The location was nice. The staff members were very nice and greeted us well. From the front desk to the cleaning crew, they were very polite and welcoming. It was nice to have a microwave and larger refrigerator in the suite.

The parking. I got a suite and it was the smallest suite I've had.
