I love when I entered my room and "Hello Veronica" was displayed on the tv. It made me feel very welcome and it was this added touch that made my stay that much more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable and I love that the room is equipped with a fridge and microwave, which is very important to me. The breakfast was very good and I was glad that the cut off time was at a perfect time because I definitely did not want to get up extra early just to go eat. Plus, the check-in/out process was very easy. The hotel was clean when you drive upon the property and it carried throughout the whole venue.

I did not have any problems or anything that I disliked about my visit.

I loved the room, and the entire inside facility was VERY clean,spacious, and updated. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Both evening and morning.

The TV and the channel selections. But the one thing that we were disappointed about the most was your parking lot. We were pulling a uhaull trailer this trip and found it VERY difficult to turn around upon our departure from your facility.

Cleanliness and breakfast

When I booked the hotel through booking.com, I called the property to make sure it had handicapped assessable rooms and was Ridley told I had to do it through booking.com and I knew it had not worked that way in the past and I would need to asks the property after booking..worker smooth hung up on me..even got no where when asked after getting to the property

pretty much everything about the room. The pumpkin spice waffles were a nice surprise. Close to restaurants and stores.

the breakfast was not so great; the sausage was hard and over cooked. The eggs set in a pool of water and had no seasoning at all. The shower curtain slide to the middle from both ends leaving the floor wet,

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Great location for travel. Coffee had a nice flavor and hot.

Wish there was another chair besides just the desk chair for sitting. The breakfast items were cold which made them unpleasant to eat.

Had everything we needed. Microwave, closet, dresser, indoor pool, and a comfortable bed. We are currently staying at a Hilton. The Hilton is much more expensive, no microwave, no closet, no dresser, and an outdoor pool. Hilton is awful. Stay with Hampton if you can.

The beds was very comfortable. Good selection on breakfast. Very nice person greeted us and checked us in as soon as we got there.

Asked for towels for the pool because they was all gone and NEVER got anyone to bring any out there. And the pool was very cold

Pool, all staff helpful and kind. Cleaning staff especially friendly and responsive.

No refrigerator in the room...most hotel room have at least small ones. Caused our children's milk to go bad fast.

Location was great, the staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms felt clean and the beds were comfortable

The quality of the breakfast wasn’t great, but there was definitely a variety of foods so everyone could find something they liked. The elevator made a strong shaking movement and loud sound every time we went up to the 3rd floor which made me very nervous. The coffee was sadly very weak, but that is subjective so it could just be my taste.

Cleanliness and Beautiful place and very pleasant and Cheerful and friendly customer service. The Breakfast was Delicious. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
