The staff, the room, food

At happy hour I witnessed the bartender using her bare hands to squeeze a lemon into someone’s drink, she then droppped the lemon in the drink. This bartender was touching everything with her bare hands. Why would she then use her bare hands to squeeze the lemon and drop it in a drink. Her hands were not clean. She never washed them, she touched towels, other bottles, cabinets which also carry germs. I have video

Very nice location. Spacious rooms.

I called ahead of our stay to make sure we could check in early. However, when we arrived the front desk said we couldn’t. So we waited for two hours with three wild kids to check in after driving for four hours. We asked if we could let the kids swim while we wait since I had a confirmation number for our rooms. No, we couldn’t do that. So we finally get checked in and our kids still want to swim (the pool is the reason we chose this hotel). They get down to the pool and the door is locked with a sign that says we have to go online and reserve a 45 minute spot in order to swim. My husband finds an employee who tells him yes we were supposed to do that but he let them in anyways. It was a nice hotel other than that.

The girl at the front desk could have gave a little more info on our stay. we didn’t know that we had to have a breakfast card to eat breakfast the next morning. we stayed in line for a minute and got to the front to find that out. but it was delicious. she didn’t tell me anything about my charges. I had to call and find out what the extra charges was on my card until we checked out and the right amount came out after we had called the head people saying I was charged wrong. but besides that the stay was wonderful and the rooms was beautiful. we stayed very comfortable for the one night we was there for cheer comp. we will stay there again.

My stay was fantastic. The staff was very professional and friendly. My family and I was displaced because of the storm and we didn't have any lights. The staff made us feel at home. Mrs. Rhonda the bartender was fantastic. She is definitely a peoples person. Yall should be very happy 😊 to have her on yall staff. Thanks

My son and I did a staycation here for Spring Break. The staff was amazing, breakfast was delicious, loved the complimentary drinks at happy hour, the restaurant had delicious food, and my son loved the indoor pool. We can’t wait to go back. The Embassy never disappoints us.

Staying at a hotel with breakfast is convenient. The setup for breakfast was great especially with a variety of food choices and drinks. The location was good. We had a great time at the reception.

Everything was great. I didn’t like having to go downstairs to pickup extra towels and toilet paper since no one was available to bring any to my room. Mini fridge wasn’t working properly but someone did come up to check it out on our first night stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was exceptionally clean. The rooms are nice. The first thing you see when you come in is a waterfall. The lobby area is very impressive. The showers are great! Hot water and good water pressure. We loved having a seperate sleeping area and social/dining area. The Keurig in the room is super convenient and the coffee choices as well as additives were enjoyable-- more options that you find in most hotels. We didn't get the chance to order from the restaurant and we didn't go to the bar during our stay, but we loved that the option was there and would have taken advantage of it if we had arrived earlier or could have stayed longer.

The ONLY complaints I have are: Saturday Nights are not ideal for families or relaxing getaways... the noise level was a little higher that I would have preferred but it did stop before midnight. The pool wasn't heated. The staff explained they have a service order put out on it but the service guy hadn't come yet. It happens... The sofa bed in our room didn't want to function property. Front desk sent maintenance and it was fixed immediately. All that said, these are MINOR things and would not stop me from returning!

I will book here every time I’m visiting family in Jackson or a surrounding area. The complimentary breakfast was superb so tip them well they deserve it. I love this hotel!!! Pool is huge must have a reservation for a time slot.

Happy hour and lobby.

The foot of our bed plastic was coming off and it had a staple in it. The staple scratched my leg and poked a hole in the skin. I managed to get the staple out and threw it away.

I loved the variety and the warm food. I liked that I could be in one room with all of my little children ( I have 5) without having to purchase an additional room.

Breakfast was good but they started closing down and putting everything away 15 min early. The pool was so cold I could not swim. I chose my hotel based on their being a pool.
