Had everything you could ask for in a hotel for a family trip, two queen beds, tv, clothing storage, microwave, and fridge. We had a room with a balcony and a great view. Location was in the middle of everything but off the main strip so it wasn't too busy or noisy. For the price we paid everything was excellent.

Parking was a little tight and the room was a little small but we didn't spend much time in the room so it was fine. Pool was only 3 feet all the way around which is great for smaller kids but not the best for older kids and adults.

convenient locations. The rooms are soooooo clean!! Note: you won’t think the heat is blowing out but it is. keep the thermostat at 70 for heat and you are good! I assure you. The girl at the front desk was so kind. I had a minor issue with my check in and she quickly made it right. I was very thankful.

The only complaint, is how clear you can hear people in their rooms. We didn’t like being right at the exit door on the second floor, we kept getting woke up by people coming in late. Note: Housekeeping….if she sees you leaving with your luggage….she will quickly say “you out?” I cracked up, others in my party did not.

Clean, great location, offered breakfast, ice on 2nd floor, indoor pool on 1st floor. Everything about this place was convenient. It made our trip simple and enjoyable. I would stay again.

The staff was there, but didn’t really come across as “friendly.” Not a huge deal since that’s kind of the world we live in today but it wouldn’t hurt to greet the guests with a smile.

Clean rooms every day breakfast and a little desert at 10:30 pm that was awesome great rooms

The pool that’s the only thing we didn’t like it was hot like a sauna without air they need to keep air flowing in &out because the pool is indoors and with glass but no air felt like dying from hypoxia or depriving of oxygen but the view was nice from the pool to the outlets stores and easy to access to every where

I loved my stay at the Americinn! The breakfast was always hot and fresh. The morning cook did an excellent job of keeping the buffet full and clean! All staff members were visibly present and accommodated us without hesitation when assistance was needed. Our rooms were very clean and they offered freshly baked cookies and ice cream every night! Will most definitely stay here when I visit Branson again!!

Shout out to Cheryl, the front desk person, who checked us in for our stay. She was very nice and friendly. The hotel was in a nice location just off the strip and right up the hill from the outlet malls. Breakfast was included and they had nightly ice cream and cookies that my kids enjoyed.

I loved that the hotel had been recently remodeled. However, coming from a family of contractors, I couldn't help but notice some of the finish-work was sloppy. I hope the hotel asks for a do-over on that so their hard work stays intact and improved.

Great location! Easy to get in and out. Room was very clean and beds are comfortable. Had a problem with our door not closing good. Called the front desk and they had it fixed in no time. Grandkids loved the ice cream and cookies in the evening. We go to Branson a lot and I will definitely be staying here from now on.

Pool was a little small. Could at times hear people in the hall ways.

Staff was amazing! breakfast in the morning was good and cookies and icecream at night was so awesome!!! plus cappuccino and hot chocolate and coffee always available!! conveniently located…didn’t get a chance to use the pool but through the window it looked very clean and well kept. Rooms were exceptional and newly remodeled and smelled new. Such a relaxing and comfortable stay!!! will definitely be staying here again.

The room was good and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and offered cookies and ice cream in the evening. Close to everything.

The pool ... !! We went to check it out and as soon as we opened the door to enter, the smell could have knocked you out. The pool is the only thing bad about this place.

The hotel was super clean and even smelled cleaned everywhere you went. The staff was great Imani, Danielle and night receptionist were super pleasant as well. I stayed 2 nights and after the 1st night housekeeping came in and cleaned our room and brought us fresh towels while we were out. When we got back we really appreciated that. The pool was great as well nice and warm.

A Jacuzzi would have been awesome. There was nothing bad about our stay.
