Everything!!! They literally told me they strive to make clean, wonderful rooms available for people AT AN AFFORDABLE RATE!! I checked in there after staying at Chateau On the Lake. I know we are talking about 2 different styles of hotels - but - this hotel stands out. The rooms were immaculate - the beds are the best. I went twice and stayed in two different rooms. The parking can be a little tight - but it's well worth the effort! This hotel emulates what Branson is all about! Excellence, kindness, and value! Front desk WAS SO ACCOMmODATING!! Im telling you it's a great place.

Parking is interesting but works itself out.

Room was clean and smelled good. The breakfast was good. The friendliness of the front desk staff was good. Had a clean looking pool but we ran out of time to use it. We forgot to put out the do not disturb sign out so the cleaning staff changed our towels out, made our beds, and made the room smell really good! Would stay here again.

The door to our room stuck so you had to push it hard to open and then shut it. The extra lock on the top kept coming out of the door jamb. We did have a breaker blow our first day there but the owner (I think it was the owner) came and reset it. It didn't blow again while we were there for our two night stay. It would have been nice to have orange juice with the breakfast.

It's in a good area and close to a lot of the downtown events. The breakfast was good. The staff were very nice. The neighbors were not loud at all. I've stayed in hotels where I can hear from one room to another, and I didn't hear anything in this one, so that's great. The air-conditioning worked well.

The tv wasn't working, so my husband went to ask the front desk to fix it. Someone there explained to him how to get it to work, which I thought was unprofessional. If they knew how to get it to work, why not come by and fix it? It worked once my husband fixed it. The bed was a 6/10 on comfort. I like my room to have good lighting, but I also like my privacy too. The curtain in the room was good to keep out the lighting, but if I wanted light to come in, I had to pull the whole curtain over. I didn't like this because anyone who walked by could look through the window.

The price was great. Our room was very comfortable. It is an older hotel but very clean.

Parking wasn't the best. We had to park a good distance from our room. the 2 spots directly in front were handicapped spaces. across from our room there were several cars doubled parked taking up several spots. My husband went to the front desk to complain and he was pretty much laughed at. He stated that this will deter us from staying here again.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The motel was easy to get to as it was only a block or two off the strip. They offered a breakfast, but I didn’t partake.

My only complaint was when I made the reservation it was for a ground floor room. Which technically it was ground floor if I was at the front of the motel. However my room was towards the back so I had 2 flights of stairs to go up. It was a tad misleading, but everything else outweighed this and I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

It was super clean, in a good location, and the staff were all very friendly. When I day clean, it was really clean. I always sanitize table surfaces etc before I put anything on them. They always come away with black, even in quote-unquote fancy hotels. Here, it was clean.

The heater whined a bit, but it adjusts to white noise.

We had a great room and the location was very convenient for the activities we had planned. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Staff made the check-in and checkout easy. Having the refrigerator and microwave was very convenient for us as well. The shower was also amazing.

The television was hard to hear and had the volume ap all the way.

Clean and comfortable room. Good location near the strip but not on it. Outdoor pool in parking lot not connected to building. Limited noise from other rooms. Good channel selection on tv. Room numbers start at 200 and 300 but only two levels.

The parking is all angled as you drive in, however, you have to turn around in the parking lot to exit. You cannot backout to change direction. No elevator for second level. Toilet seat is a "public" toilet style that is U-shaped with no lid.

Checking in was a breeze with the friendly front desk clerk. Rooms were nice and clean, recently updated. Bed was super comfortable. Loved that the room had a small refrigerator and a microwave. Nice room darkening curtains helped keep the early morning sun out. Breakfast was available and consisted of assorted pastries/muffins, cereals, biscuits and gravy, eggs, and fresh waffles.

Cleanliness was excellent here! Not just the rooms, but the entire property as well. I felt very comfortable staying here with how clean it was, how safe the location is, and how amazingly comfortable the beds were. The staff attending to breakfast were very kind and friendly. I liked the look of the paint, curtains, bedding, and flooring as well. Didn't make me feel like I was staying in outdated motel.

There are lots of stairs and walking from some of the parking spots to the rooms, so keep that in mind if you are mobility impaired or have a lot of luggage to bring into the room with you. Front staff clerk was professional and nice, but not very friendly per say, which is the only thing that kept my staff review from reaching 5 stars.
