The breakfast was very nice. Our room was clean . The staff brought us extra towels and shampoo as requested.

Ther room next to 324 was under construction. We were relaxing in the am after breakfast watching the news , reading and all the banging started around 9:30.am. It went on for hrs. I had two mentally disable adults with me . One was very sensitive to noise and we ended up walking around inside the building and sitting downstairs until they were able to calm themself and return to the room. We left the hotel for the day which helped. I think a heads up from management would have been nice. The rules did state no loud noise in the hall ways .

We've stayed here twice now. We like that it's off the strip and easy to get everywhere. The rates seem to stay around the same no matter when we book.

We showed up on time to check in and the lady at the front let us know our room wasn't ready and to come back in 30 minutes. We ran to Walmart for some necessities and came back. A new front desk person said the room still was not ready. I think she noticed the annoyed look on my face and grabbed the manager to go inspect the room. He said it was fine and ready to go. We got checked in. Went to the room. Checked the sheets which I always do before I sit down or put my stuff down and there were stains on the sheets. We asked for new seats and they sent my husband back with sheets for us to change ourselves. The $100 deposit at checkin seems a bit crazy compared to other places we have stayed at. But all in we usually enjoy staying here.

Breakfast and location were on point! Hot sausage, eggs, potato’s, waffles, oatmeal and biscuits & gravy. Along with yogurt, pastries, banana bread, bagels, toast, fruit, and a , cereal & juice bar. Not to mention the condiments- ketchup for potatoes, Nutella, cream cheese for bagels etc etc!! Something for everyone!!

We had about 20 people and several rooms in our group. The sweet staff in the day made up for the very unkind girl on Saturday night at 8 pm. She said we were not allowed to sit in the lobby with swim clothing on ( they were wipeable chairs in the breakfast area) we understood but she was extremely rude to several of the guests and yelled at our children who were already partially dry from the pool and had towels on. She just snapped at lots of guests. Clearly didn’t want to be there. Again all other staff was excellent and extremely helpful even the housekeepers and food service workers!! Thank you all for working so incredibly hard for so many families!!

Overall awesome stay. Although our rooms were on different floors, we will make LaQuinta in Branson our hotel to stay in when traveling.

The only thing I did not like was, in our room we did not have enough towels for all 4 of us. Housekeeping was in the hall and I asked for more towels and the 3 ladies started talking to each other in Spanish and I was then told to no, I have to go to the front desk. Out of the 3, I could have gotten what I needed instead of going back down to the front desk. Thanks to ALL the front desk staff and also to the two guys in housekeeping!

I loved the location! It was super easy to get out of the parking lot and it was close to everything we needed. Room was great and super clean and spacious for me and my kid. We got the king suite. The pool was great too, perfect temperature! Breakfast was really good in my opinion and plenty to choose from! After reading some reviews I was worried but definitely using this hotel in the future!

The elevator just took awhile, but that’s about it really

I thought the food and location was terrific. The young man working the desk was very polite , helpful, informative. I only wish everyplace in America was this clean and well staff , we would travel more often.

The TV was mounted too low to see well. While waiting to check in you will be force to watch a sports channel. But they did get us in as soon as their system let them. 1PM.

Breakfast was excellent and hot. The bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower was also very nice and the bathroom was bigger than expected.

The only thing I didn’t like was they only put 3 towels, washcloths and hand towels in the bathroom. They only cleaned every 3rd day. For 2 people that just was not enough.

This hotel was very clean! It was also very quiet and in a location where you could easily access everything quickly. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Pool was decent sized and gym looked nice. This hotel is the cleanest in branson and also the most up to date given that it is not one one of the more expensive options that are near the landing. Also I loved the river rock showers!

If I am being very nit-picky, my room's headboard had a small tear but nothing major, I didn't even notice it the first night.

The location was great, facilities were clean, the pool was great, and the staff were amazing! They had a good breakfast too. We enjoyed our stay.

The only complaint I have is that the beds are very uncomfortable and hard. I have some lower back issues and I had a very hard time sleeping. So if you have back problems, I would definitely recommend bringing some sort of soft pad. Other than that, it was amazing.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff worked hard keeping it clean. My kids enjoyed the pool, it was warm in the pool room.

The breakfast sitting area is too small for a Branson Saturday morning. That was the only negative! Also the hot food got snatched up fast. But only on the Saturday, the Friday morning was wonderful.
