The room was on ground level. The outdoor pool was still open. They have a small game room too. Bed was comfortable and there was a bedside table on both sides of the king size bed. Small refrigerator and microwave in the room with plenty of seating. It's located on Shepherd of the Hills Pkwy so its close to things around but without heavy traffic until hwy 76. Overall, it wasn't terrible and I would stay again, but there are some things that could be improved.

We had a non-smoking room but outside the door is a walkway/balcony that people went to smoke so the smell was unavoidable. The breakfast was mediocre. It tasted fine and there were several options but although breakfast was served from 8:30-10 am, when we arrived at 9:00, there was minimal eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy and sausage and it was all cold. It was not replenished. Although I was told by someone in the area it was recently remodeled, we couldn't fully believe that it was. The room smelled musty, there was rust in the sink, and a light fixture broke and non working. There were two trash cans that were nasty, over flowing, and stunk terribly. I understand it's trash, but it was obvious it wasn't tended too very quickly.

Our room was very clean. It was a very nice stay. The General Manager was so sweet and so nice! She was very helpful in anything we needed as well. She does a great job! Hotel is in a nice location, just minutes from most everything we did. Very calm and quiet atmosphere. Property was clean as well.

The jacuzzi tub outside was broke, so we couldn't use that, I didn't like that the pool closed at 10:30. The laundry room was out of order, which was a bummer because we had to wash and hang our clothes in the room.

It was perfectly located. Not too far from everything. Traffic wasn’t crazy busy. Room was perfect size and staff was amazing. Highly recommend. Will be staying again. Breakfast wasn’t fresh pancakes and waffles. Still delicious tho.

Our deadbolt was jammed or broken and wouldn’t lock (room 110) but was completely fine. We still felt safe enough not to need it. Pool and Hot Tub were closed for the season (will have to come back during summer for sure to use)

I stayed here because the hotels I normally stay at in the area were booked, and I'm very glad I was able to discover this place. Ozark Valley Inn is a very clean, hospitable, cozy environment and I truly felt like I was at home. I loved the way the room was set up / decorated (we stayed in the King Spa Bath room) and the bed was soooo comfortable. Having worked housekeeping before, I know how difficult it can be to keep those spa tubs clean as well, but this one was spotless. There was also a very lovely card left for us in the room. Thank you to the staff for helping to make our stay a memorable one.

I love that it was on the ground floor and it was exceedingly clean. Also very well set up in the room with the jacuzzi it was beautiful

I was not happy that the pool was not open it didn't even have any water in it or any of it looked like it's been worked on and was disappointed about that! Really wanted to take a little time by the pool and relax

We did not eat the breakfast at the Hotel, but I did see it when I got some coffee. It was the best-looking breakfast bar that I have seen for a while. Large selection of pastries, cereals, fruit, etc. It even had 2 working waffle makers that many hotels have taken out. The pool was very clean. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed it. Our room looked down on the pool which was great. The hotel was central to, and convenient to many of the sites we went to. The AC worked great.

This is not specific to this hotel but what I find in many hotels. There need to be more outlets and accessible without moving furniture. With all the electronics, i.e. CPAP, laptop, cell phones, etc, there are never enough outlets close to the bed. The other thing, again, not specific, is there needs to be night lights in bathroom. Having to turn on the bright light in the middle of the night can be blinding. : )

We got to town earlier than expected, they got us in before the 3:00 check in time. Kept my ice cream from lunch in their freezer so it wouldn't melt before the room was ready. Let us use a couple of outdoor chairs so we could sit in front of our room and soak up the nice weather. Gave us old folks a ground level so our old knees thank them! Super nice having a recliner and a couple of chairs. All around great stay!!! Loved the heartfelt sentiment for our comfort and blessing during our stay!!!! And the Bible open on the table not stuck in a drawer.

I think the bed had a memory foam topper...i woke up sweaty a couple of times which happens when it forms to my body too much...but it was still comfortable. My husband slept well.

Cleanest bathroom of any hotel I’ve stayed in short of a full on resort. The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly. Staff were accommodating with our special request.

Safety issue: there was an extra long ladder that obstructed passage to the breakfast room. Breakfast lacked any protein. Definitely not ADA compliant. The location itself is a bit tricky to enter and exit as well.

Rates for rooms were very affordable and the rooms were clean with plenty of towels. Staff was very friendly!

Not much of a selection for breakfast but with the rooms being priced so reasonably not really a problem. Pool not open yet. Ice machine broken. Dead bolt on room 110 broken. Had a great time anyway!!

It was a nice quiet location, overlooked a wooded area on the backside of the motel. It was quiet even in the daytime when we wanted to take a break. Since they have covid protocol in effect, and we were doing a 4-day stay, housekeeping did not come into the room at all while we were there. But we left the used towels outside of the door, and they hung a bag of clean towels on the doorknob to replace the dirties, if we needed anything else we just went down to the office and they gave it to us such as coffee packets, cups. Breakfast had waffles, cereal, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, juice, coffee, milk, toast, bagels.

The beds could have been a little better but then maybe that's because we like a firmer bed.
