Very nice hotel in great location close to shopping and public transit. Rooms are very well designed, with the bathroom completely separate from the bedroom in our one bedroom suite, allowing one person to sleep while the other(s) use the shower. Heavy doors between the rooms in the suite also attenuated any noise transmission. Excellent "evening reception", which we used as dinner three nights out of four. We particularly appreciated the real ceramic plates and metal cutlery, rather than the plastic disposables used in many places. Good maintenance, with no door squeaks, and the bathroom basin held water.

The manager Alexa was really nice and very professional.

1. An employee named (Nikki) called me the day of my arrival to my personal phone to tell me she was going to move me to another room because the people that were staying at the room that It was reserved for me, wanted to stay another night. I wouldn't have had a problem with that if she would have talked to me in a polite, professional way instead of being rude. Plus prior to hanging up the phone she told me that it was better for me to not reiterate this conversation to nobody upon my arrival, if I didn't want to have problems. Which I consider as a threat. Very unprofessional and rude, it cause me an emotional breakdown.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Happy hour drinks and snacks, along with the breakfast, were an amazing plus ! The swimming pool wasn’t extremely big, but it was accommodating and a lot of fun. The kids loved that it was connected to the outdoor pool. Perfect location, close to a lot of good restaurants, a target, and easy to get to all the attractions we went to see.

Only wish there were more towels available. However, getting more towels was not a hassle.

Good breakfast and nice snacks and drinks in the evening. We could all find something that suited our taste. Free parking is a definite perk being so close to the city.

Beds were a bit firm for our taste. We did not sleep extremely well. We asked for additional blankets to try to pad the bed. To get exercise, we like to walk up the stairs, but stairways were warehouse quality...a little sketchy feeling.

Everything about the hotel was just perfect. Clean, food good and plentiful, free wine. But, the outstanding thing, the ingredient that makes this place special, is the staff. I thought I had lost my cat while I was there -- it's a long story but essentially, my very fat cat had hidden herself in a very, VERY tight corner of the room and did not respond when I called. So, I thought she had gotten out of the room somehow without my noticing. I (and the staff of the hotel) went on high alert and searched every inch of the hotel. I was amazed at the compassionate response. I have never been so impressed with a hotel staff in my life. They actually gave a damn. I'm still shaking my head.

Everything, from the location to how helpful the staff was. I went downstairs to request towels extra towels to my room, and before I can even make it back upstairs the request was fulfilled. I opened my door to a stack of fresh towels. Amazing.

Everything was great from check in to check out. All staff was pleasant and courteous. The hotel was clean. The evening drinks & snacks where great we used it as a meal. The breakfast was great & staff was very friendly . The pool was clean & the water comfortable. The rooms were clean & the beds comfortable. The location was great close to everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

It was a beautiful, clean facility. When walking in I felt an instant relief, I could just tell it was a stray I was going to enjoy from the friendly staff, to the fast elevators we never had to stand and wait. It was quiet, and there were 2 bus loads of althetes staying as well and I would not have known if I hadn't seen the busses unload myself. I almost stayed another night just because it was so inviting!

The ONLY thing I didn't like and reason I didn't stay one more night was the bed and pillows. The bed shook like it was on stilts everytime my husband moved and the pillows were so soft or heads sunk straight down and the pillow wrapped around my face.

the location and staff were excellent! the room was spacious and comfortable.

For the size of the property, there are only 2 handicapped parking spaces. also, common areas, like on the floors near elevators, were often overflowing with garbage. guests used this area as a dumping ground that staff could not keep up with, sadly.

This was our first time at Drury, but it's now going to be our "go-to" hotel when available. Staff was attentive, fun, and fast. The evening coctails and food was exceptional, as was breakfast. Room large, clean and comfortable. Also loved the efforts at reducing trash.

Not a thing. We were very happy. Perhaps there could be a few more Drurys around the country.
