The hotel is very clean, and the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. Excellent location right off the highway and 10 minutes from Mizzou.

I booked a king suite with a jacuzzi and the jacuzzi was not working properly. I let the staff know on Friday evening, and asked that it be repaired by Saturday. It didn't happen.. no one ever even knew I made a request for service. There was an upcharge for this room, and I was very upset to pay for the upcharge of something I intended but was not able to use. Management did credit me one night, but the point is I was wanting the jacuzzi for tired muscles and body after Parents weekend, and I didn't get it.

The staff (every one of them) we so nice. Every time someone walked into the lobby, they addressed you. I was able to speak to management in a casual conversation and they were so sweet. I was extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the entire location. I will for a fact stay here again when we go visit our daughter at college.

We loved the convenience of the restaurant in the hotel. Although the hours were challenging but it’s understandable due to COVID and staffing issues. The pool is great! The staff are so friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant staff as well. So friendly! The room was clean and bigger than we expected.

The prefab items for breakfast were great, the sandwiches were good, but the boiled eggs were not edible! The room was very clean! The location was fine.

The entire parking lot appeared to be war torn. The floor above seemed paper thin, with the tenant above running and tumbling until 2am. Also, there was an area of mold on the ceiling corner above the shower, although it didn’t create any issues for us, although possibly for another customer.

I really was just enjoying time with my grandkids but they LOVED the food. I really appreciated that the staff allowed us to eat our food that we had in the restaurant area (closed)

The location was just next to a Tesla Supercharger, so it was really convenient. I got exactly what I expected: nice bed, quiet location.

The AC was pretty loud.

Breakfast was just OK, the seating area could have been opened up with "physical" distancing maintained. It was totally closed off

open the restaurant with "physical distancing" maintained. I have stayed at other places where I did sit and eat my breakfast. The parking lot needs to be repaired. For a new hotel I could not believe how bad the parking lot was. Good thing I had a 4x4.

Our room view was of the roof top HVAC units - not very inviting. Also, the top of the comforter had begun to fray quite a bit.

Did not eat.

One of the two lights in the bathroom was burned out. The clock did not work. The maids should have seen both.

All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Nancy. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family
