The staff was on top of all my needs. When the room refrigerator did not have a small freezer section they verified and then had a new refrigerator/freezer brought to my room. Outstanding service. The breakfast has been the best so far of our travels. Would you pleas let me know what brand of hot chocolate packets you us. There was nothing that I disliked. As I said it was all wonderful. If I could recommend - please add a bottle of hair conditioner to the two bottles of shampoo that was in the bathroom/shower.

The room was super clean and smelled good. I loved, loved, loved the Dove dispensers of soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower! Breakfast was really good, lots of hot and cold choices and items you can take with you for a snack during the day. The staff were exceptionally nice. The woman taking care of breakfast was so helpful and kind. Loved her personality. The only negative, pillows are a bit hard. Other than that, great stay.

Pillows are a bit hard...a rock - like cotton roll.

It was a nice big room and the bed was very comfortable. I liked that there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room. I did appreciate being called to inform me that there was no hot water available, but that it was being worked on. I was offered a discount which I accepted because I didn't want to try to find another hotel since I would be at the VA hospital all day while my husband had surgery. Thankfully, the water situation was fixed by the time I checked in that evening.

The elevator smelled musty and the shelf under the bathroom sink needed dusting, but that was really the only thing needed attention. No big deal.

The room felt like home. I am having to stay in Columbia weekly. Each hotel has been updated and remodeled but this one felt comfortable. I felt comfortable walking around in my socks. The bed was cozy, the comforter not too thick-not too thin. The food options for the breakfast included plenty of grab and go items in addition to the warm food which was perfect since I needed to leave for work so early. Such a nice stay. I had originally planned to try a different hotel each week I have to stay...but I think I found my home away from home.

The room I was in had a creaky floor in the sitting area. It startled me at first like it might give out, but I mostly worried about the folks under me since I did an early morning workout. I tried to avoid that area but it was hard to do.

We loved the size of the king suite with the little kitchen and the pullout sofa. Very spacious and we also liked the basket of new towels and toiletries they put outside our door each day. Hot tub was nice and kids loved the pool.

The pool could have been warmer, we asked if they could turn up the heat, they did check on it, but didnt do anything to warm it up. Hot tub was almost too hot the first couple of days. Also, in thirty plus years of going to hotels, I've never been charged anything let alone 10.00 to have a late checkout. I've stayed in some pretty nice hotels over the years and they have never charged a late checkout fee! That needs to change.

Breakfast was nice. Room was nice. Great night's stay! We did not use any amenities while we were there. We just needed a good night's sleep while traveling through the area.

We booked a room with two beds, but we were given a room with one bed and couch. We went back to the desk and asked for a room with two beds, but we were told that they were sold out of rooms with two beds. Everything else was very nice.

The property was clean, and there were little touches, like water bottles by the front desk. Breakfast was the best I've seen at a hotel! Staff were wonderful. Though it was past midnight when we checked in, Susan went to her car and got me some personal items that I needed that night, rather than send me shopping at 1am. I was deeply grateful, because we had driven all day and were exhausted.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like. The pool is closed right now, but we weren't planning to use that anyway.

Spaciousness of rooms, pool, breakfast, staff not asking questions AFTER GET to hotel, attitude change...explained below

They questioned MY intentions TWO times because I LIVED in Columbia until the week before and was in process of moving and they didn't like the permanent address of ..... Columbia, MO I told them TWICE the situation and that was going to be my last night in town and all we needed was a place to rest and go swimming after packing up belongings in storage locker after driving from vacation in Branson that day. They told me to bring documents....I did then was told..."We trust you." But didn't copy them...very frustrating when say required but then dismissed. The room, pool were great. The staff were actually EXCELLENT despite the hiccup with the paperwork. Breakfast was normal buy could have offered individual milk versus poured out of jar. Parking tight for uhaul trailer

This hotel was in the perfect location. The parking lot was under construction to prevent sinking. As it was a little “inconvenient” to walk around the construction we did not mind. The room was spacious and very clean. The Wi-Fi was fast and the breakfast was easily the best compared to the many other hotels we have stayed at in Columbia. we will be making multiple trips to Columbia and will be choosing this hotel if rooms are available.

We loved everything.

Clean hotel for a night's stay. Friendly and professional reception. Luggage trolley was super useful for loading and unloading the car. Breakfast was plentiful though not of the best quality (lots of wrapped muffin-pastry style things). Nice pillows and black out shade. Easy parking. Indoor pool looked nice, but we didn't try it.

The walls are a little thin. We heard a neighbor wake up before 5am and some wake up alarms go off. Breakfast had bacon and eggs but they were cold. Don't park near the garbage end of the building--dirty and smelly (no surprise).
