Breakfast was very good. Enjoyed real sausage patties. The room was very comfortable.

The fitness center, if 3/5 machines don’t work just get rid of them and make space for doing body weight exercises or dumbbells. Wanted to do some walking and since we got there after dark treadmill sounded best so I wouldn’t get lost in the dark, but I spent at least 10 minutes hopping from one machine to another trying to get one to work, could have been some user error involved but I do understand how a treadmill works…

Complimentary breakfast was definitely above average. Staff was friendly. To be honest, the standout feature for our family was the pool. It was the perfect temperature! We're used to hotel pools being freezing when you step in. But this was nice and warm without being too hot. All around, we had a nice and relaxing time during our stay.

We stayed on the third floor and there was just a bucket in the hallway catching dripping water from an exposed ceiling. Not the best first impression. Fortunately the room itself was totally clean from start to finish.

This was a quick check in and check out for a business trip. My room was modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Was nervous about past reviews, but it was the closest hotel to where I needed to be at 6am. I saw absolutely nothing to be concerned about. The bathtub was incredible. I would definitely stay there again if I were passing through.

Our family had reserved one room for our trip, but wound up needing two rooms last minute. Not only did they accommodate us with two rooms, they were adjoining rooms and it worked out great! Their helpfulness and family accommodations (we had 8 total traveling with us) were excellent!

Pool had too much chlorine and was very warm (during warm weather). It would have been nice to have non-pork products available for breakfast.

Room was comfy and spacious. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits & gravy. Location was perfect for the softball complex down the street.

Only one elevator; carpet in hallway had a loose ridge in the middle, though not a problem. Average value for price.

Older property, well kept. Very good breakfast presentation. Good parking lot layout. Clean room and public areas.

Undergoing renovation, replacement supplies stored in lobby and breakfast area. Route to reach location off Interstate somewhat confusing due to signage in traffic circles.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The staff is extremely gracious. Hot breakfast. Easy access to University of Missouri and I70. clean room. Safe environment. will stay again.

The facility is not as modern and new as other hotels. Sofa in my room needs to be replaced, springs are shot. not a deal breaker

For my stay, like the fact that it was close to Mizzou Arena.

Can’t say there was anything, they were remodeling and the lobby was full of bed and other renovations items, so if I had to say something it was no sitting in the lobby area but two chairs

The tub in my room had a hole in it when I checked in. My friend tried to go down later to tell staff about it on 3rd shift and she never came to the desk to see him. So days go on during my stay all is fine. Few days after check out I check my bank account and they toke 400 form my account without my permission or speaking to me about it. I called the hotel and got the run around about the tub An fees the lady asks why didn’t u report it I said we tried but desk lady wouldn’t appear to tell her after waiting close to 30 mins for her to show. I leave go back to room and sleep check out next day. So when I called hotel to ask about fee they go why didn’t u report it I said I tried but no one showed and also I figured u all know about it cus I didn’t do it and u all rented out the room. I argue with them and so does my bank to get my money back and they refuse too even after all that an extremely hi fees paid. I show up with my 2 teenage girls to try and stay there cus we had a house fire and needed somewhere to go n dead of winter and during a snow/ice storm. Show up to hotel and I’ve been placed on the do not rent to list, I explain my situation with kids fire no place to go and very little money now cus of them and we have no place to go and no heat in r car either. I offer to sleep n my car if they let my kids stay n a room so they r safe and warm. Refuse so my daughter who is 19 asks if she can rent it instead they go no u can’t she asks why and and they say cus u might sneak her n the room we all say no we won’t. I even offer to leave property so that can’t happen if they can stay nope,so they recommended a hotel that had all the same features as they did but didn’t tell us it was 30 miles away. We go and when we get there all booked and pool hasn’t been opened to guest n a month or longer and that’s what my kids wanted why we choose comfort suites for the pool. We ended up having to sleep n van in single digit weather..

Beds were comfortable and breakfast not bad. Good value on pricing.

The shower head desperately needs replacing. Breakfast—the eggs were standard for a hotel but they’re not good. Clearly needs some repairs and renovations in the hotel
