Everything was nice and clean. Check in was very professional, very polite and upbeat with lots of smiles.

The toilet paper was not on the role. I actually had to search for part of the toilet paper roll. They forgot to put more towels in there then when I went down to let them know, they said they had plenty and we could pick them up after dinner. When we return to get the towels we could only get towels and they didn’t have any wash rags. Dinner was fabulous but unfortunately the service was slow.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the airport and a shuttle service is offered by the Marriot. The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s very modern, stylish furniture in lobby and rooms, nice glass details.

The staff, my goodness not one person there looked like they enjoyed working there. No one smiled. We would walk up and ask a question I felt as though I was bothering based on the annoyed expressions. No one was eager to assist us, not one person said please or thank you. Everyone who worked there was made of stone. Cold and expressionless.

I stayed here because of an unexpected flight delay. I had to get out the next morning at 4am. The shuttle runs 24 hours a day every 20 minutes. The drivers are really nice. The hotel itself was clean and the pool and garden area with corn hole games was well kept. The coffee shop was open at 3am!

If you have no car your stuck in the middle of highways and parking lots.

We booked a room at this hotel when we found out at the airport that our flight was canceled (without prior notification). I called the hotel directly and was told there were no rooms available however upon checking my Booking.com app I found one room was still available. I booked it, called the hotel for a complimentary shuttle, and was at the hotel within 30 minutes of making the reservation. The hotel is only a 5-minute ride from the airport. Best place to stay if you need to catch an early flight or arrive late, or if you're like us facing the unforeseen - a canceled flight!

We book this hotel usually 3x a year mostly for winter travel get aways. I broke my leg 5 years ago, the hostess/bartender/server I believe her name is Carissa, in the lobby bar remembers me, my broken leg, and my family. She always asks about my recovery and even asks about our daughters if they aren't traveling with us.I watch her engage the same way with other guests as well, and I watch her make new guests feel like old friends. Don't lose her she's a gem!!

I miss some of the items on the old bar dinner menu. The check in is easy and friendly, the driver put my luggage into my vehicle upon returning from the airport. Seriously don't change a thing!

The staff was extremely courteous and made our stay enjoyable. Check-in was really really smooth. The hotel was very clean and our room was nice.

The only negative was the temperature of our room. The AC didn't seem to be functioning properly and it was pretty stuffy throughout the night.

it took too long to get someone to come and take your order for food in the waiting area even when sitting around a table. i went to request for someone to come take our order and the Asian lady told me go back to table someone will come and take your order. we waited another 30 min before someone came. i was telling my husband we should drive out to look for a restaurant

Great location to the airport! I was stranded and needed a room asap on New Year’s Eve. Shuttle picked me up and I was there in a minute! I came with a migraine and was thankful there was a market to buy small meds and the prices weren’t crazy. Requested a very late check out at 2pm, and it was granted. I was able to rest and have breakfast in the restaurant- I enjoyed the egg-celent buffet!

The smell of pot/marijuana was strong in my hall. It’s supposed to be a smoke free facility, but people get in the way.

we barely had any hot water! after 12 hours traveling a nice hot shower would have been wonderful but a cold shower is what we got. disappointed . we ate in the restaurant horrible service. bartender was more worried about the single ladies at the bar than helping the waitress.

Room location was nice. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed being in an area that had a variety of food choices near by.

When I first arrived early in the AM it wasn't a pleasant greeting just a bland 'do you have a reservation?' with a disturbed look. I said yes, gave the name. AND I was Asked "do you have an early check-in??" which appeared to come off like this young lady was irritated. I just said I would like to go ahead and check-in after such a long drive to get there. But instead another guest who did not look like me got a more professional and warming 'Hello, how may I help you'. who walked up to the side of the front desk. I didn't have the energy to find out why I was frowned upon because I was extremely tired and just wanted to get checked in. That moment set the tone for my morning, but I didn't let it mess up my whole stay. Everyone else I encountered through-out my stay was pleasant.
