It is a great place to stay. Breakfast is yummy, room is so clean and comfy, airport is so close, the shuttle is so nice, and Bandana's restaurant is right next door for awesome food. The price was amazing for a Monday, Tuesday.

The nite staff young man when I asked would I need to worrie about getting tickets since I was on the hotels gated lot 4 I was in a handy cap parking spot and I didn't have a sign 4 my mirror yet but I did have my paperwork and he looked at me if I was some able body youngman as he was im suffering from a injury to my spine the blind could see I was in pain. But yeah otherwise I truly enjoyed.my stay

We typically stay at the Marriott Renaissance for overnight stays before flying out. But in recent years we feel the hotel has become run-down, dirty, showing signs of age with uncomfortable beds, worn out bathroom tiles & plumbing, alll while the prices keep going up & up. The Renaissance was charging $156 before tax and parking fees on Booking.com vs Pear Tree Inn for $95 per night. On a whim we opted to try the Pear Tree and we are GLAD we did !! The front desk staff were super helpful and polite. The resort was packed with travelers due to an impending snow storm. The lobby was chaos but the front desk staff were the best I've ever seen at any resort ! The beds & pillows were very comfy. Rooms were quiet even though the hotel was packed. Locations to St Louis Lambert airport was perfect. Shuttle bus drivers were prompt, courteous, safe and efficient. I'll never go back to the Renaissance again. Pear Tree all the way !

Everything in the room was clean and well stocked. Would've been nice to get a mini lotion, but I guess if you take advantage of happy hour you can go without. I didn't have time for the drinks, but I got the breakfast. Good options. Love that there is free, no hassle parking at the hotel. It's across the street from the airport, and yet I didn't hear the planes. The shuttle service is convenient; I didn't have to wait long.

This isn't the hotel's fault but the clientele are so narrow-minded, they must think everyone likes the smell of pot. The hotel makes it a point to state there's no smoking, but I guess since Missouri is so obnoxiously weed-friendly, like it or not, everyone has to deal with the smell of rank trash now.

The early breakfast I did not use as I left the hotel at 4 AM for the airport. Shuttle service and driver were excellent. The room was a wonderful space and comfortable

The happy hour had no drinks available other the alcoholic drinks. The drink station was broken and could not be repaired. As I am unable to drink alcohol I just left. The variety of snacks was so limited that there was really nothing of interest to eat without a beverage.

Management is tops! Every staff member was professional and friendly. Safe location. Clean. Parking secure. BBQ food near enough to walk and yummy! Room had quality towels, bed and pillows, hot shower, quiet sleep. Laundry helped so much to pack up and fly home. Breakfast had delicious eggs which is one of my fav choices, coffee good and I usually drink Starbux. Happy hour with chips and salsa, popcorn sure added a nice touch. Location and rates is priority to pick this hotel but coming back for visits with the conditions being great.

Pool access is difficult with keyless entry.

I love this location! Pear Tree Inn St Louis Airport provides a space to relax and/or socialize, secure/extended parking, guest perks, and a shuttle to the airport. The queen and king rooms are spacious and comfy. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable about the area, courteous, and helpful. The space that hosts the smorgasbord style breakfast, beginning at 7 am, also hosts "wine night, beginning at 5 pm."

This room wasn't as clean as usual. I feel the room may not have been used for a bit, and truly needed a deep clean prior to being occupied. The reason I'm sharing is because I see this hotel as receiving stellar ratings with some additional spring and fall deep cleaning. We stayed over after the P!nk concert. I would still choose this hotel versus the majority. Thank you for a great stay!

Firstly I really like their parking area with key entry control, feel more secured. Staffs are nice and proactive, they observed what guests needed. Room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. We missed the happy hour snacks and drink, but we did very enjoy the breakfast section, everything is perfect. High CP value hotel no doubt.

Only one small complaint about the bathroom. The standing shower area is very slippery, i think it’s about using the wrong material.

The popcorn and the complimentary happy hour food and drinks was a nice surprise. Next door is a BBQ place though it was closed due to the snow storm. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Ironically, the one time I wanted lotion, it wasn't supplied as an amenity. The tv remote wouldn't allow jumping to a channel by entering the number. I had hit the up or down arrows until the desired channel.

Very smooth shuttle pickup and drop-off. Room was clean and well-equipped. Fitness center was well maintained, standard for a hotel. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Seems like a waste to have to go through a middle man/some corporate operator to reach the hotel reception to get a shuttle after hours. This is a problem on the corporate level, not the fault of the particular hotel, as far as I can tell.
