Great location, great value, great staff. Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, a breakfast meat , biscuits and gravy and make your own waffle for hot items. Toast or english muffin. Cold cereal, oatmeal packets, yogurt, milk, juice and coffee/tea. Room layout was large enough with a King bed and sleeper sofa to use a inflatable twin mattress without being in the way.

Beds not very comfortable. Toilet was loose and wobbly. No extra bed linens in room for hide a bed, but front desk was very accommodating with extra linens and towels. Room was extremely humid even with AC on all the time.

Tony was exceptional checking in the large group I was with. Although he was unable to locate my reservation made through Booking.com, he did later discover why he was unable to find it. Booking.com had mixed up my first & last names. He sought me out to explain the error & offered his regrets at not finding the mix-up earlier. His professional & friendly demeanor was an added bonus to a wonderful visit to Hannibal with family members.

The breakfast was good, but

It is clean comfortable location in a special little river city. Hannibal, Missouri. Pool on inside courtyard with big hot tub. Easy to walk the town. Visit Samuel Clemens museums. See where many of his characters grew up in one little block. River walk gives fine impression of the grandeur of Mississippi River. Good restaurants(Mark Twain Dinnette is a must), antique and art shops. Movie theater! Town is comitted to Arts Americana and music.

The front clerk Tony was awesome. He was very friendly, easy to talk to. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. Not just above luke warm as some other places we've been. The bed was very firm do beware if you don't like a firm mattress. Fortunately I have a fim mattress at home, but this one was a little bit harder and my back did hurt for a little while. The breakfast was you're standarh hotel breakfast, but it was good. The location is great. Judt a quuck short walk to Mark Twain boyhood home and the downtoen area. Very close to the river as well. It was easy to find. I would recommend anyone stay there.

Bed was very hard

I liked the pool and hot tub in the middle. Our room was comfortable. It was a bit more pricey than what I would expect for a Best Western. It was conveniently located within walking of all downtown Hannibal. We had a nice view of the river from our 3rd floor room. You could do everything easily in the area in one day.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and I felt safe being their alone. The location was perfect for me....easy to find

The only thing I did not like this time was the 3rd floor room overlooking the swimming pool. I was very dizzy, fighting vertigo this time. I had not experienced it the week before when I was there. It may have been my Menieres disease acting up or the smell of the chloride in the pool

There was breakfast, but we didn't eat it because we slept in. Our room was great. It was a clean and comfortable room. The staff was very nice and helpful as well.

When we were checking in at the front desk, the gentlemen that checked us in used a bit of profanity. I just think that is very unprofessional to have someone at the front desk to be using the "F" word as he's checking us in.

The hotel was clean and comfortable! The beds were soft and had plenty of pillows. Mary, the kind lady working the desk at night, both nights we stayed was an absolute pleasure to converse with, she greated us by name and remembered our plans and asked us about our day! We were able to acquire extra blankets and toiletries easily. Breakfast was delicious, and there were several options to choose from, including waffles, which made my mornings!

The staff were outstanding. Cleanest and most smoke free hotel room I've stayed in for quite some time. Decent hotel breakfast. Can't beat the location, short walk to most attractions. Comfortable 3rd floor room with river view.

Really hate saying anything bad. AC/Heat vent a bit noisy, but not too bad. End of the season, so windows could have used some cleaning.

Breakfast was excellent! The beds are soooo comfy. Location is everything!!!! And we were able to check-in early and get a room looking toward the river!!!

A bit better lighting in the bathroom sink area would be nice for applying makeup. The elevator in the second building is quite slow. Neither of these things would keep me from staying again!
