The courtyard and live music were wonderful. The staff were more than accommodating and the surrounding area was charming.

The breakfast was our least favorite item about the hotel. The staff were great and kept everything stocked very well, but the selection was very lacking. I have stayed at less expensive hotels and had a much better selection of breakfast items offered. The ADA entrance does not allow for larger wheelchairs. My son is a paraplegic. He is 6'8 so his wheelchair is wider than most. We had to use the front entrance to get him into the facility which consisted of having to navigate a step.

Great location; walking distance to restaurants and shops. Cozy accommodations; good size rooms. The rooms looked like they were probably studio apartments at one time. For security, a key is required to enter the building. There was no elevator to the 2nd floor, but this was well-advertised so not a surprise. We liked having a fridge and microwave in the room for leftovers.

This is all in the context of us paying a relatively high price in what is probably the town's high season, which made us a little pickier. The rooms were in need of a fresh coat of paint, caulk, general touch-up. There was no central AC; portable AC units only (which are loud and kinda ugly). Plenty of noise from the live music, patio, and street. For peace of mind, I wish the room door had more secure locks. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of items, but we found the taste lacking (scrambled eggs from a box; faux butter spread, etc.).

Great location. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Quiet. I was worried about reading that they have live music in their courtyard every evening, but we couldn’t hear it in our room. They also had a noise machine next to the bed and nightlights throughout the suite. It’s the little touches that mean a lot. Great free breakfast.

My husband didn’t like that the “couch” in the living room was a day bed, but I loved it. It was so comfortable. And since I’m writing the review, I give it a 10/10. He chose to sit on a kitchen chair and I got to have the whole bed to myself. Win-win.

We couldn’t believe all the wonderful conveniences provided at Hermann Crown Suites. It’s in such a great location that once you park your car, walking or taxis and shuttles await you. A beverage voucher is given upon arrival to get you started. Our bicycle themed suite was located outside the main building and offered more privacy. The suite was very comfortable and spacious. The full breakfast that was included is much better than most hotels. Best of all, we spent two evenings listening to FREE live music on their lovely garden patio while under the stars.

More nonalcoholic beverages could be offered and in more convenient locations. The outdoor grill and wine bar did not offer any nonalcoholic beverages and you had to go indoors and down some stairs to the full bar.

The breakfast was sufficient. Lots of items to choice from. The location was the best. You could easily enjoy and evening at the Hermann 1837 Bar or the dualling pianos across the street. You could also venture down by the river or to a number of restaurants within walking distance

We stayed in the Community Room across the streets. There is a lot of noise from the streets which you do expect but also the walls are thin, and you can hear noise from the other suites fairly clear. I could hear someone snoring in the night while we were there.

Its location right down in the middle of Herman. it was almost like a little apartment. They had live music in courtyard between the main building and the annex where we stayed and we were able to sit on the outside patio and listen without having to be in the crowd. Breakfast was amazing.

PARKING! Unfortunately they don’t have their own designated parking so you’re left at the mercy of luck! It’s not that unusual in Herman as there’s not a lot of parking anywhere you want to be.

Lisa made us feel very welcome as we arrived by bike from the Katy Trail. She explained all the amenities of our Hermann Master as well as gave us directions to sights around Hermann. Our apartment was really cute, very clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable night’s rest. This will now be our go to stay when riding this trail. The buffet breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. We liked that it was served at 7:00 so that we could get on our way early.

The hospitality of the staff, the location, and the community.

The bed provided was comfortable, although the brightness from the streetlights filtering through the door and window at night posed a challenge. I resorted to using the couch pillows and my jackets to mitigate the incoming light, which impacted my quality of sleep.As a suggestion for improvement, I believe implementing better blackout curtains or offering guests options to control room lighting more effectively could enhance the overall guest experience.

I loved staying in one of the old buildings in Hermann Missouri! The one I stayed in was in the Community Building and it has just been finished with the renovations about four months ago. The room, The Jailhouse Suite, was very small, but comfortable. The decor was really fun.

I didn't really like the bed or pillow, the bed was too hard and the pillow too stiff. Also the price seemed a bit high. They did have a good breakfast at the main Hotel. The coffee on the buffet was great!

Location was great, very walkable. Breakfast was included which was nice.

No one mans the front desk until 11 am, not helpful if u have questions. Our hot tub didn’t work, there were no directions. The head maid had to show us how the knob worked since they needed a part to fix it. Food in the basement bar not very good.
