Each staff member was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I have experienced and the woman (I believe her name is Sandy) who set up and serviced the breakfast area during the weekdays was awesome. She was not only friendly and helpful, but she went above and beyond in cleaning the area and making sure all items were well stocked.
The room could have been cleaned a bit better each day. Because we were staying for several days, the tops of tables/desk, night table, etc. wasn't wiped clean every day.

Bathtubs with jets are impossible to clean, no one should install them because they are just filthy. It's not the maid's fault, that's just a dirty bathtub design. The King Deluxe suite should have a clean bathtub. If you turn on the jets it's going to propel mold all over the tub.

The location was not conveniently close for biking on the Katy Trail so it was nice having breakfast available at the hotel as we needed to shuttle some distance to get back to the trail. Also very much enjoyed the hot tub after 5 days of cycling!

Breakfast was great! Real food not imitation. Room was spotlessly clean, bed linens bleached and very clean. It smelled nice, not like it was covering something up. The mattress was very comfortable, The view was beautiful, and most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
The young man working at the front desk at night could have been something more than barely coldly professional.

This hotel was wonderful!! It was very very clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and there is also a beautiful outdoor area to sit and eat. When I get the chance I will definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was good. Seating and veiw was very nice. Plus it was very close to the river which was nice to visit and walk around.
The closet door was broken and would stay open. Blocking some of the hallway.
