The view from Hermann Hill of the city, Missouri River Valley and surrounding area is truly stunning! Be sure to take the “3-Mile Walking” tour (self-guided) on your stay. It is a wonderful way to take in many of the historic sites of this amazing German immigrant founded town and enjoy the food, we enjoyed Wurst Haus, vineyards, distilleries, breweries with tasting rooms, coffee houses, ice cream parlors, antique stores, and boutique shops along the way. If you are looking for a peaceful and restful getaway with a little adventure mixed in then Hermann Hill Inn is a rare gem that will not disappoint! Staff was absolutely wonderful and nightly complementary dessert service was a nice surprise.

Beautiful location with amazing views across the valley! Neat rooms with very comfortable amenities and staff they wanted to ensure our stay was what we wanted. Welcomed and made to feel special.

Since we traveled by train to Hermann and did not have a car, we chose to walk to the hotel. Just be ready for a healthy climb with elevation!

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I loved that they made all sorts of snacks and refreshments available to the guests. Lewis and Finn were lovely!

In the first room I booked, the jet tub broke but it had a great view. The staff moved me to a different room with a working jet tub, but you can't see that gorgeous view from the bed. However, this is where the accommodating staff comes in to play: They let me sleep in the room with the view and take my luxurious bath in the room with the working tub. I didn't have to choose which accommodation to do without, so it worked out perfectly.

It was okay but a bit later than I usually eat.

The hot tub was a horrible experience and I spent an enormous amount of time waiting for it to heat up above 88F. It never did. Even after ensuring it was at the appropriate setting. The water temperature in the in room tub was little better. Disappointed.

Everything, I can't wait to tell my family and friends.

It was a bit pricey for add ons and room rates. Might consider visiting more if you had special price deals

Breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed all the choices. Loved the Margarita machine, cookies and ice cream at night. The Jacuzzi was awesome and the shower.

The room needs another mirror and more room to hang clothes, We were there for a wedding and needed more space for long dresses. And we needed another a mirror to see to get ready.

Beautiful views and excellent amenities. Staff was super friendly as well. In fact, I forgot my I-pad charger after checking out and when I notified them, they found it and mailed it to my house at no charge! That was going above and beyond!

Nearby train tracks with trains that came through every couple hours.
