Everything! The indoor pool was perfect for our kids! Very clean property, and the breakfast and staff were amazing! The staff were so accommodating and friendly!!!

The only complaint I could possibly have is that there wasn’t a mirror in the living room part of our suite. It really was an amazing suite, but my twins were napping and I needed to get my hair ready for a wedding, but didn’t want to wake my girls sleeping in the bedroom, so I did wish there was a mirror in the living area. Thankfully, the bathrooms on the main level were a second best option and it totally ended up working out perfectly!

The desk, food-service, and maintenance staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful despite it being a holiday weekend. Clean, quiet, and well-maintained room; plenty of space; excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is convenient to the interstate highway and also within walking distance of several decent restaurants which was nice after a long drive. I appreciated the clear rules and designated spaces for dogs; even though dogs were allowed (and there were plenty of them on the site), they did not interfere with guests’ visit as far as I could tell.

As usual, this property is the best! We stay here every other year for a family reunion. Common areas are great for socializing with family and friends. The staff is exceptional, helpful and always friendly.

I was told that I could not get credit under my Hilton honors card, because I booked through booking.com. i had to book through Hilton site to apply the stay to my rewards card. It cost more through Hilton site as opposed to booking.com. So, I usually don't use Hilton card, or look specifically for Hilton properties.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Lovely lobby and dining area. Decorated nicely and very large. Liked the gas fireplace outside the dining area too.

While the comforter is beautiful, it holds heat and was hot to sleep under.

Plenty of parking space with how spacious the rooms are and the breakfast was delicious

The keys the second night couldn’t get in the side doors maybe it was the cold but I didn’t like the fact that I had to go all the way to the front entrance because the keys were not working

I loved that My husband and I got to stay in the same room. All the other places wanted us to rent two room, because we had our 4 small kids with us. I have never stayed in a room with very nice beds. My kids slept in and that never happens. Just a big Thank you for making our stay so wonderful. Can't wait to plan another get away.

Great beautiful friendly and breakfast is delicious great location they treated my pets very well I am very pleased will come back soon the spa and pool was unique

I really enjoyed the breakfast. Both traditional offerings and the breakfast tacos were really great!

I would have liked to been able to shut my curtains.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, we got a great room near parking, the facilities were clean and accessible, great breakfast. Will definitely stay there again when we visit family in Joplin.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool was at the right temperature and was great.

I can't think of anything except the toliet are too low.
