This was our second stay. We love the options of indoor or outdoor pool and hot tubs. Their breakfast has a decent variety so there should be something for everyone. Beds and pillows are comfy and clean. Having a restaurant attached is also a treat. One of our favorite places to stay in Joplin.

We've stayed before and was excited to stay again and looking forward to trying the outdoor hot tub but it was out of order this time and so was one of the two indoor ones plus the indoor pool was freezing. Our last stay all were operational so hopefully it's repaired before our next stay. we did get time in the one working indoor hot tub. Even though we were a little disappointed, we will be booking with them again in the future.

The room was nice and clean.

No streaming on TV and the lady that checked us in was not very friendly. Not rude but she didn't give any directions to the room and I didn't realize we were already on the second floor and I couldn't find our room which was on the 1st floor and we had to take the elevator down a floor and she never said anything about where the elevator was or that we were already on the second floor. She was also having a conversation with someone in a room behind her and wasn't paying attention to us at all. Never smiled or said welcome or anything that would have been friendly. She also wasn't dressed like she worked there. No uniform, maybe she was the manager but if she was she needed to set a better example for her employees.

I always try to stay at this hotel I love how easy they check me in and how they are fast at checking you in they usually get me in a room no matter if I get there early or super late.

I didn’t like how I didn’t get to get into my room this time until 3pm they had nothing ready early. I didn’t like how the night staff man didn’t know who I was when I came in the front door late and be questioned me down and acted as if I didn’t belong there that was not ok I felt like he was thinking I was a person from the homeless camp or something it was embarrassing to say the least.

This is the best place to stay while visiting Joplin. Everything is top notch. The staff is always so warm, kind, inviting and helpful, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is above and beyond. The kids love the pool. I have always enjoyed coming here. The pizza place inside is soooooo good.

Maybe put a trash can outside the door for guest to throw away trash as they're entering the hotel. There's nothing negative to say.

The staff was exceptional! Friendly, cheerful, and helpful! They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The facility was very clean. The lobby was decorated with classy decor and felt very inviting. The Christmas tree in the lobby was cute and great for taking photos in front of. The kids loved the indoor pool! It was a great place to relax and enjoy an evening inside. Great location - easy access to the highway and shopping. Right by Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, and many other dining options. Would definitely stay here again!

There were little pieces of gravel/rocks in the bottom of the indoor hot tubs. Not sure how they got in there but they were in the bottom of both hot tubs. Rough on the feet, especially when you didn't expect them to be there.

Staff were very nice, helped me finding my room easily. Room was well-put together, I was glad to have both a fridge AND a microwave to go with it. I was happy with the amount of towels that were provided, it was perfect for 3 guests over 2 nights. The attached restaurant was wonderful, absolutely loved Old Chicago and their selections of food and drink!

The building could have been a little cleaner, some of the towels and sheets had noticeable stain-remnants on them. The beds we had were both extremely creaky-- I suspect the springs were damaged over the years. Laying in the bed sounded like a stable of horses galloping somehow. Didn't interrupt sleep too bad, but that was noted!

It has 2 hot tub and the indoor pool is heated with 6 ft deep. The breakfast was so delicious and has many variety including some pastries. The lobby is fancy looking and so wide. The floor in the room is not carpet. The bath towels and pool towels are so long and thick compared to other hotels. There were many towels, face towels, and hand towels supply in the room! It is the best hotel we have been. Next time we'll check the outdoor pool too. It is connected to a restaurant and a Starbucks on the other side. There are many gas stations, restaurants, stores (Sam's Club), and very near to the interstate. Great location. Best hotel!

The breakfast this day was a bit late (opened after 6 am) and I have clinicals at the hospital at 6:30am. There is no towel rack close to the bathtub. The towel rack is behind the bathroom door and not close to the bathtub if I close the bathroom door.

Easy check in, comfortable and clean room, nice mirror in the bathroom and plenty of towels. The breakfast spread was generous, including biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, and waffles as well as cereal, yogurt and oatmeal. Fruit would have made it perfect.

The hallway and room was painted almost entirely grey so it was a bit drab…also the lack of carpet on the floor in the room made it feel sterile. The air conditioning unit ran warm so it was challenging to achieve a comfortable temperature.

Very comfortable beds. Restaurant attached ("Old Chicago") was a wonderful place, good price and great drinks. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly, the check-in and check-out process were quite quick.

The hallways were somewhat of a mess. Towels left outside of doors for an extended period. Stains on the walls and floors. The bullethole in the elevator door was not very comforting. A lot of the issues I attribute to Joplin, but there was some displeasures in the appearance.

Location and price and clean crisp new decor in room.

The bed linens looked clean but the presentation was not as crisp and well done as other hotels in this price range. I am «old school » when it comes to customer service. The young woman who checked us in did her job but offered no orientation to the property or description of the amenities. I had to ask about breakfast, parking and entrances, the on-site pub. She seemed more interested in her phone than in us and our stay .
