The carpet need to be shampooed. The odors in the hallway and room is from wet shoes from snow and rain. My room 428 had cove base tile that had fell off the wall and the security device on the door was broken. I informed the front desk that I almost cut my foot on the tile. They said they will contact the maintenance for repairs. I had to watch my step after each shower.
great location except the construction project on the highway.

Staff was great, bed comfy
I chose an accessible room, were 78 and 67, have hip and back issues, don't smoke. We were given a regular room on 3rd floor , middle of hall so even elevator, some walking and through smoky atmosphere, yuk! Husband didn't bathe because it wasn't handicap accessible.

We loved the size of the room, the price, and that they offer smoking rooms ❤
Door had issues sticking and the key card had to be a re-keyed, but the front desk staff was great and handled the problem.

Room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and what towels we had were soft.
There were not a lot of towels. The road work in those two roundabouts to get there were kind of tricky, but that's no fault of the hotel.

The price for what is offered
I don't like I was charged $100 because I arrived the next morning for nights I had already booked online and paid for

Great access to the highway, nice rooms, good hotel.
Could have used a few more pillows on the beds. There were two small pillows on each bed. Luckily, I did bring one from home, so that helped.
