KC Streetcar stops right in front of hotel, it’s completely free and our only mode of transportation during our stay since it was so convenient! Staff was stressed over volleyball tournament and it showed. We asked if they were ok and you could tell they were never truly asked about it. They appreciated us asking and their whole moods changed when being acknowledged. I hope the company sees how hard they work and show their appreciation. The staff were amazing and very attentive. Starbucks located downstairs and breakfast is included in the stay so enjoy it! You need your room key to access the elevators which I think is absolutely amazing since the hotel is right off a Main Street. very secure.

Parking there was a fee, but I didn’t know why since it was a parking lot with just cameras. across from the hotel’s lot there was neighboring hotel parking lots that had gates and cameras to ensure the safety of their guest’s vehicles.

Breakfast was good, not great but good. Mostly was clean. Location is good too. Connected to a Starbucks. It's a good hotel. I'd stay again

Parking is questionable, a big open lot in a high traffic area. The front door is halfway in an alley, which is odd. Also there were hairs in my shower and someone vomited all over the communal bathroom in the lobby area. Also also, very loud street noises especially if your room is near the bus side of the street where you will hear the ding of it's arrival and departure every ten minutes or so

No time to eat breakfast. Left for the MR340 at 6:00 am. Got there in the evening after boat drop off/registration at KAW Point. Ate at a nice restaurant across the street, "Street Car". Convenient to the race start venue. Parking felt safe & secure.

The TV remote didn't turn the set on & off, room 722. The staff came and assisted us. It had to be turned off & on manually. Maybe it needed to be re-programmed to the TV set.

Very clean and great location in the city near a lot of great food places! I liked the security of needing your key card to enter the hotel off the street and to go up to the room floors.

You cannot close the curtains all the way! There is about a 3-4 foot gap where the black-out curtains would not close. In that gap, they have a sheer, mesh (basically see-through) panel “curtain.” This made it difficult to sleep considering there was a giant, lighted billboard right outside the window. It also made it uncomfortable to change clothes anywhere but the bathroom.

The location of the hotel is very attractive, and is serviced by a free streetcar. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was quite satisfactory. The lobby is a comfortable place in which to hang out.

nothing about the hotel displeased me. The neighbourhood was surprisingly quiet for such a central downtown location. There are quite a few bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

My flight landed early and staff was very kind and allowed me to check in early without an additional charge. I failed to get his name so huge shoutout to the ENTIRE staff. I was in town for a concert the location was great. I was able to hop on the streetcar which stopped right in front of the hotel. I also walked to get food and drinks and I felt safe. The building is always locked at all times. I’m a female solo traveler so that was a plus. Breakfast was ok. I liked that Starbucks was attached to the building. Everything was clean, no complaints. Should I travel to KC again I would definitely return.

The location was really great for attending a concert at the TMobile Center. There are plenty of restaurant options within walking distance and the breakfast is convenient. Room was updated and clean.

The entry to the hotel is very congested and was backed up into the main street. The parking lot is across the street but you have to pick up and pay for the pass and check in before being able to park. This adds to the traffic and congestion, especially in late afternoon when the hotel lobby and check in is packed. It wasn't the smoothest arrival process. Also, this is right in the middle of downtown so there is quite a bit of traffic/city noise all night long. Bring earplugs.

Directions for parking were included in my confirmation. Friendly staff, clean, secure. Breakfast had hot options.

Paying 18 for parking instead of a dedicated hotel lot, incidental fee on top of room charge.

Location, location, location! Loved the street car stop right outside. Breakfast is available until 10am!

$18 per night for parking is a LOT! Didn't like the fact that there is NO POOL!

The coffee area needs improvement. One time you were out of coffee cups...another time there was no creamer...another time no sleeves...and another time there was no coffee left in either canister. Last things...there's a table too close to the coffee area which causes a log-jam for those entering the breakfast area and those who are waiting to get coffee.
