The pool was not working. Our room #111 had a bad door handle. Felt like it was sticking when opening making an awful racket. When closing the door from the outside you had to pull the door handle and cause the door to slam. Otherwise you could just give a good push and open it back up without the room key card. The handle would pull away from the door. We mentioned it to the night girls and again to the day girls who said the night crew hadn't left any notices about it needing repaired. Definitely a safety issue. USB outlet on wall by the bed wouldn't charge our phone or iPad. Had to plug in a block

The breakfast experience. suggested ways to improve the BF experience. they should have fresh coffee by 5:30 am. the breakfast staff start coffee before preparing BF. we like to sit around in the lounge and drink fresh coffee before BF. we had to tell one of the staff ladies to make fresh coffee. and wasn’t made until right after opening at 6:30, with us reminding her or otherwise it wouldn’t of been made. I also, think BF should start at 6 am during week days. people have to be at work by 7pm. Thanks :)

The room was nice, beds were comfortable and I was really pleased with the pillows. There were lots of choices for breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

If you are a light sleeper the traffic will keep you awake, request a room on the front side to avoid this. We aren't light sleepers so it wasn't a problem. Our body wash was empty and never got refilled. We also got an additional $20 charge to our credit card, we were told it was for incidentals and that everyone gets charged that. I will wait a week to see if it comes off, if not I will complain about it.

it was convenient for its location which we really like. Holiday is usually our go to for a hotel.

The front desk people at check in were pretty rude to people waiting to check in which for some reason at 4. They made people wait for a long time as supposedly the rooms weren’t ready yet. Suddenly, they were ready, but wanted to make all the keys for the reservations before checking anyone in. There was already quite bunch of people waiting that needed to get to the Royals game, wedding, and concert like us. They’re overall attitude was very unpleasant and left a bad taste in our mouths.

It was okay! It would have been nice to have made to order eggs, other than that we enjoyed breakfast.

The omelet tasteless definitely Cisco type foods. America need to get back to some home cooking and less commercial pre-processed foods. The lobby is included in the breakfast area, it would have been nice to have a private area to relax with family watch television outside of the room.

We didn't eat the breakfast at the hotel we went to Granite City and nearby restaurant

Breakfast was by far, the best I've ever had at a hotel/motel, everything was hot and fresh!

Seating was limited, but perhaps it's just one of those things, because shortly after we arrived for breakfast, it got less busy. The ice machine was out of order on the first floor, so we had to go to the 2nd floor, a simple minor inconvenience.

when i reached the hotel after a long travel i gave the man in the front desk my reservation number he told not yet reached i wait for two hours untill he told us that he recieve the conformation from booking .com elevators out of order and ice maker

Incredible HOT, FRESH Breakfast with many choices. Comfortable area to eat. Staff kept it clean & stocked. The BEST LOCATION for Outlet Mall shopping! Good, hearty Bkfst then shop til you drop!

New color schemes of that weird shade of green & gray. NOT relaxing or cheery colors. I do like the bright blue. Would have been nice to have a coupon booklet to Outlet Mall also a PAPER Map that we can physically take w/us regardless of cell reception. Wasted lot of energy & time trying to find particular stores.

I felt like royalty. It was like having a bunch of unobtrusive, friendly servants quietly taking care of everything and available if I needed anything more.

Not a single thing. This is the first time I have ever said this about somewhere I stayed.
