The location was perfect for what I needed. It was centrally located, which is what I wanted. Plus, it was close to everything I needed to get to, from Walmart, and Staples, to Kroger, and some fun places too.
Upon arriving, the sign about using the front door, which was to the left, but I didn’t see it, was confusing enough that I called to ask about how to get to the front desk. Everything after that was very good. The entire staff was excellent.

The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and efficient, the bed and furniture were comfortable, and the bathroom was well equipped.
The first room that we were assigned smelled like a tobacco lounge. We quickly approached the main desk with our concerns and were immediately addressed and we were assigned another room which met our expectations. It is unfortunate that in spite of “no smoking” postings on the website and in the lobby, some guests are unable to consider the effects on the following guests or the management and staff. The room needed to be fumigated.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Kim was amazing; kind and very accommodating to our needs from check in to check out! Facility and rooms were very clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was fantastic :) Highly recommend this hotel!!

The young man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Sadly in this day and age that is hard to find. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The room was cool and ready for us to just come in and settle in for the night.

Room and carpet were perfectly clean. Nice staff at check in.
Everything about our stay was excellent. I wish the other hotels we stayed in earlier in the week were as nice with such an exceptional nightly rate. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

It was close to exit and not far from shopping areas when we had to pick up some last minute things.
The entry door isn’t clearly marked. Breakfast did not include scrambled eggs and ended at 9am, which seems early.

First floor rooms are pet friendly. WE had to stay on first floor because of wifes bad back. Carpet was stayed real bad and had a real strong dog odore.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff.
Breakfast was very sparse. No eggs. Minimal fruit. 2 cold cereals. Biscuits and gravy, and the gravy was cold. Nice breakfast bar and eating area, but very minimal options.
