The hotel is very easy to use if you are going to Fort Leonardwood Army Base. It is centrally located with easy to get to Shopping and eating place. The night shift clerk was very accommodating, kind and helpful as we checked in.

Being from the south it snowed when we were there and I was worried about getting out of the parking lot. It was treated I was worried. If you realize that this is my complaint and beyond the hotel ability to control the weather you can realize that we did not have a bad stay....

This was a very clean hotel with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and up to date. The breakfast was delicious too.

The room’s that are handicap accessible could have been more conducive for those not handicapped such as adding a couple shelves in the bathroom but that’s about all I have for suggestions.

The hotel was very convenient to the military base we were visiting and within ten minutes of the stores and restaurants. The staff were friendly as well.

The sofa bed was horrible. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable.

Great location, Value was worth it. Hotel was clean, room was clean spacious and big. Staff was respectful, kind and inviting. Breakfast was great. I would definitely return and recommend this location to others.

The room and bathroom were spacious and well supplied, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. I will be happy to stay at another Holiday Inn Express in the future.

The bathroom vanity was so tiny they didn’t even have room for the standard hotel supplies (the stand stuck out over the edge of the countertop), let alone guest toiletries. There was plenty of room to extend the countertop, but even if they couldn’t for some reason, they could have put some kind of shelving on the wall. The room was so nice though that this a minor inconvenience.

Friendly staff, super convenient location, and stellar cleanliness! The absolute best Holiday Inn I've ever stayed in. And the thpuggt that went into the little amenities packet on the bathroom counter took me by surprise. It even contained a hairband, and we all know you never have one of those when you need it. I almost never touch the toiletries provided by hotels. It's so hard to know what their private label lotions and potions contain or how they will smell. (I'm surrounded by people with skin allergies and smell sensitivity) I was delighted to see a recognizable brand, J. R. Watkins, in a gender neutral but still enjoyable scent! ( Aloe & Green Tea) I truly wish I could take this location with me wherever I need to travel.

Breakfast was located in the corner easily seen by guest once you walk into the room. Selections was good and filling.

Noisy people on our floor slamming doors and literally screaming. They eventually quieted down around 11:30pm Shower didn't drain well. Squeaky pull out sofa bed. Breakfast was meh compared to the Holiday Inn Express we stayed at the night before in Oklahoma. Price point ($195) seemed a bit high but 2 other hotels were sold out and I trust HIE.

Parking, wifi and location was fantastic

The breakfast was just OK, more variety from day to day would have been nice.
