It had been a long day, we had Air Force Reunions (2 in a week, 1 in Rhode Island, the other in Branson Missouri and the drive was hard. We stopped and went online and found this hotel, it was a bit farther than we expected but was phenomenal! Beds very comfortable and room nicely set up. It's not downtown, but we loved it. The mattresses very comfortable, and the Breakfast was Superb! Nicest breakfast all week and some hotels much more expensive. Thank you.

There is a $250 deposit, one was expected but not that high, but it was fine.

All of the staff was super friendly and our room was amazing.

The only issue I would say I had was on our last night the people in the room above us it sounded like a heard of elephants were running across the floor. They were so loud they scared my puppy. I went to the front desk and Nelson the night man was very rude to me. I let him know what was going on and he told me they just checked in and it was fine, and rolled his eyes at me. I felt he could of handled the situation much better. The noise continued for almost 2 hours, I don't know many people that take that long to get settled.

I have stayed here a few times for work and have not had any problems infact I was worried about the noise level because I work nights. The noise level has never been a problem. The staff was excellent, I wish I could remember their names but they were all great. The rooms have been clean and very thankful they do not allow smoking. Thank you for accommodating travel staff.

Nothing!

My husband and I stayed here when the heat went out in our house after a propane leak. We checked in after 9pm and Staff was very friendly, the gentleman that checked us in was apologetic for being on the phone when I walked in, not his fault! They were doing some work updating the hotel so there was the smell of paint on the first floor. Our room was on the third floor and very big. Our room was very clean with no strange odors.

The bed was VERY uncomfortable, I could feel the springs and woke up with a sore back. The stopper in the tub did not work and the drain was so dirty when I started water it pushed a few hairs out of it into the tub. Not a big deal as it wasn’t a lot nor was it chunks of a foreign substance. But still kind of gross.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating let me check a little early and rooms were clean and large. The grandchildren got to swim and I can't tell you how marvelous the Breakfast bar was it had biscuits and gravy, waffles to die for ample coffee. I would stay there again in a heart beat. I suggest getting another waffle maker, there were to many people trying to use the same one and with breakfast ending at 9, it didn't give much time to feed our family.

Very accommodating staff. Friendly and helpful. The hot water was not hot enough for my tea so I thought I would microwave it. The young man jumped to it straight away and got me a very hot cup of water and replaced the water in the container.

I had a spacious room and bed! It was located at the end of the hall easy access for my pet and I to take walks. It was easy to check in.

The tub faucet was backwards (hot water was in the direction of cold). It took me a bit to figure out.

Good value for price. Room was clean, which is a BIG plus. Beds were comfortable, A/C was good. Noise level wasn't bad, but noise traveled from hallway a little.

bathrooms could be updated with at least "Chair" height toilets. Breakfast was a little "light" with regards to choices, but they had adequate amounts available.

Breakfast had an adequate variety of food to choose from. There was a plug adapter beside the bed for CPAP as well as outlets for digital devices. The bed was very comfortable.
