The room was great. The staff was very knowledgeable of the local area. We were pulling a trailer and they suggested a couple of places that we could go eat and would have ample room to park the truck and trailer.

We had the King bedroom with the step in shower. Everything was great, but the bathroom could stand a couple of improvements. The tile in the entire bathroom was extremely slippery when it was wet. Also was not anywhere to put the soap or shampoo while in the shower. I've never seen a shower or tub without a small shelf or soap dish.

The beds were so soft and comfortable! My granddaughter was super impressed with the luggage bench in the closet (not a flimsy foldable rack). I didn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. The location was great as you can see the hotel from the highway so getting to it was no problem. There was a good variety for breakfast and everything was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was high for us 5 foot tall people. My 13 year old jumped into the bed and I just rolled in.

The staff were great, The room was very spacious and the food and the coffee at breakfast were amazing. I would deffinately recommend staying here. I wold like to say my husband and I will stay here again but I can't because we are actually moving to Springfield very soon.

The only downfall was that there was no hot water for over 24 hours. We understand that things happen and the hotel was very apologetic and even provided a discount.

Front desk staff were knowledgeable , attentive , and responded to my needs. For example, I used the business center, and the printer was out of ink, the staff tried to find ink, but unfortunately didn't have any. But he told me when the ink would be available and made sure everything else at the business center was good. Also, i needed late check out, and I didn't get any hassle over that.

My room was close to the elevator, so I heard the mechanical noises from folks going up and down on the elevator. I didn't like that the mask wearing mandate wasn't enforced, particularly during breakfast. There were no gloves for guests to have as they handled various food laddles. I heard guests sneezing and coughing , and they did not have masks. I had my mask on, had a Lysol wipe to wipe the serving laddle , and wiped the juice and coffee machines before I served myself. The staff person who was monitoring did have a mask on. Mind you, this location, Springfield, is the hottest transmission spot in MO!!

Very comfortable bed and close to the interstate, just what we needed. breakfast was very good as well and well stocked with biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, pancakes the the usual yogurts and pastries. this was the best hotel of my 5 day road trip which included a bucket list stop at the Bass Pro headquarters and museum-aquarium all of which are outstanding if you are at all into that sort of thing and the museum and aquarium are wonderful even if you aren't. Just ask my wife.

I slept well and the staff was friendly. The elevator was a great source of entertainment; day and night. I didn't take advantage of the breakfast. However, the coffee was excellent.

The elevator. Everything else functioned as expected. The elevator was a constant crap shoot. It isn't in any hurry to go back up or down. Security might want to look into monitoring who's riding in it too. It seems there are some shady characters; lurking after dark.

Last minute booking as we were headed up to Illinois. Loved that there was no prepayment required. Staff was respectful and attentive. Would stay again!

Despite it being a pet friendly motel, staff honored my wishes to be place in an extra clean room—room 339 (3rd floor & last room at end of hall)—because my husband was extremely allergic to pet dander. Beds were soft & comfortable.

Breakfast was ok. Gravy poor. But there was a variety of other breakfast foods to eat. My 11yr at old grandson loved the pancake machine—ate 4 pancakes!

Room was nice and clean. We did get rooms close together. Good location for pass through travel.

We paid extra for the breakfast. It was very good, however the breakfast staff was not very accommodating. Your staff announced at 8:45 that they would be closing and then they announced again two more times before the 9 am closing. We felt as if they were pushing us out and that it was an inconvenience to them that we were even there.

The standard king room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. It was stocked perfectly. Everything was fresh and clean. It's a smallish hotel, only three stories and the indoor pool while small, was very nice. The free breakfast was excellent. We had an amazing stay.

I think there is a dirty bench seat in the lobby. Like, I had to search for a problem. Really, this place is just great.
