Location was great area was quiet & calming makes relaxing easier. No breakfast but there was microwave & fridge in room. Microwave didn't work very well glass plate wouldn't turn we managed though refrigerator was the excellent kept food & drinks very cold. The a/c was wall unit under window did the job very well too. Wasn't the fanciest hotel in town, quality the best over all who needs fancy when comfort & relaxation are much better and less drama.We definitely will stay at these types of hotels in hopes that they stick around for many years to come. Thank You Plaza Inn for allowing us to stay as your guest very glad that we chose you. :)

Needs new carpet and a coffee pot in the room as well.

The gentleman who checked me in was super friendly and helpful. He explained everything in detail. My day of check out I overslept he came to the room and reminded me of the time and graciously gave me time to gather my belongings and gave me my deposit. This is a real class act hotel. I recommend it whole heartedly to everyone.

It was clean and comfortable, and there were no bugs Very friendly reception gentleman It was quiet, so got a good night sleep

The bathroom was rather cramped Shower pressure was too low Tub was rather slick

It was fast check in. We arrived after 10 pm but the staff was fast at getting us into our room. The room was very clean. We fell right to sleep. It was right off the hwy we were on so it was easy to find.

Everything was beautiful & staff was amazing!!

A couple of things left in room that housekeeping did not pick up but other than that it was amazing!

The lady running this hotel is REALLY NICE & the room was really CLEAN. It was quiet even tho right by interstate..Thank yall so much for a great stay

This place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We wanted just the basics at a good price and that is what we got. We also wanted something fairly close to the airport and access to Springfield. We liked the location as Glenstone is a main street and you can find all sorts of places to eat nearby. We were very pleased & would stay here again.

If someone is looking for a place where everything is perfect this is not the place for them. This place could use some sprucing up with new paint and updating if that matters to you, but we were perfectly happy there.

The desk staff when we checked in was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, the bed was firm and the room was large the bathroom was a bit small but it was a great night and I recommend it!

No pool or breakfast

The staff the lady who works there very nice and patience we needed go get money for deposit so she was very understanding and let us have the room to put my 2 of my grandkids age 5 months and 16 months old to the room while my son goes get the money from ATM to give the lady very calm lady the rooms were very clean and I enjoyed the stay if I come back Springfield Missouri u would choose plaza Inn I give them 5 Stars...

I enjoyed where I stayed. Clean rooms. And nice staff. Would stay here again. Good part of town along glenstone.
