It was for a motorcycle event at the Harley Davidson dealer nearby and we had our 2 little dogs. I really liked the updated rooms. Loved the cool pic murals on the walls. Very comfy and the pups loved it too. Its nice when we can bring our pups. I believe we got a discount for the event. Will definitely keep on the top list of places to stay with our fur babies.

Their was some const going on and a little difficult navigating the road way around on motorcycles due to water rain but not that big of a deal.

The breakfast was good and hot. Good selection, but we understand that things have changed on cost, but it was still good and filling. The staff restocking and keeping things tidy was outgoing and friendly. We would come back to this hotel next time we are in the area. The rooms were clean and bed comfortable.

The front desk staff was trying to be helpful, but the restaurants recommended were either closed that night or required reservations. Luckily, we were early enough to be able to squeeze into a front door table.

Best food I've ever had staying in a hotel. It was fresh, hot, and a large selection to cater to everyone's taste.

We drove in circles, both times we stayed, trying to get to your location, coming from the west. Google maps is obviously not updated the changes to the intersection. There is no left turn, due to inability to cross the yellow barrier.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly

Heater was stuck on in our room. Called to have fixed, he showed up immediately, but it didn't work. Next day even hotter, He needed to replace something, would see him the next day, never did. I believe he was the only one there at the time running maintenance and the shuttle during an extremely busy time for the city. I understand being short staffed! We just kept the window open while we were in there.

Huge buffet! Lots of excellent options. Something for each of our family members to enjoy. Nice view of the mountains from the eating area.

Comfortable, quiet, and clean rooms. The breakfast was amazing with many options for a hot breakfast. The pool was nice, and it had a hot tub as well.

The hotel was a bit dated. Bathroom door handle was not working properly. But in spite of that it was clean.

staff were excellent!! everywhere ! the shower was a rainshower with a large large head! felt Devine on neck and shoulders! stayed in redone room was large and nice touches for ligjts and plug in for phones !

Breakfast was good. Nice variety. This was the nicest Best Western I’ve ever stayed in. Had enough towels for my family which is rare. Room was great, ice machine worked great, water was hot, breakfast was good, service was excellent.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We expected more of a continental breakfast, not a home cooked breakfast! The variety was amazing and everyone in our party (25) found something they liked and all agreed it was a great breakfast.

A couple rooms in our party were charged a $75 incidentals fee automatically on their credit cards. Luckily they discovered it before we left the hotel as the hotel did not notify them, just charged their cards. When asked what it was for the hotel admitted it was added in error. They said it was taken off, but we have been home two days now and the charge has still not been removed. Be sure to check your bill BEFORE you leave the hotel.

mostly everything was good, breakfast was good and variety for choices and also room was just right for us. Was able to enjoy and rest. Was very clean.

The internet was horrible. Was not able to do my homework because it was not a safe internet and would not stay up long for the connection to work.
