Two story building but a large complex for conventions. Large room with refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast included with the room. Lots of parking. Indoor pool area nicely decorated with plants. Option to stay in a room that walks out to the pool. Next to 2 gas stations. Convenient to get to the falls and natural spring. Next to a park.

Location was a little out of the way to the restaurants and shopping. Property a little run down (broken window, old carpet) and not a good value. Casino had only a few machines and looked sad.

I like the convenient location. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The indoor pool and hot tub are great. The included breakfast is amazing! The price is highly competitive. Heritage Inn is a hotel and convention venue that has been a local choice for many years.

Since the Heritage has been around a long time, some parts look a little worn, but it still looks clean and "western." My only advice is to keep updating and doing maintenance so the property doesn't become dated and old.

Every time we stay in great falls Montana, we stay at the Heritage Inn . The staff are always very friendly, rooms are always clean. The pool is nice and warm, I can bring my baby in there. The location is somewhat central. It is a bit of a stretch to target, and the outdoor waterpark, otherwise it’s close to Walmart, the gas station etc.

Only one time I had asked the beds to be made and the towels replaced, and they made the beds but didn’t replace the towels. I think the ladies must have forgot, and that’s ok, there are a ton of rooms in this hotel. I also don’t love how far the walk is to the rooms but I LOVE the fact there is an outdoor entrance on every hallway so you can park your vehicle close to your room.

The food was very good as was the cost for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. Any problems were dealt with immediately which really impressed us. I loved having laundry facilities available.

The hallway carpet was quite dirty and the entrance by our room (for the first part of our stay which was the week before) was littered and did not get cleaned for 4 days. I am a caretaker for the apartment building where we live in Minneapolis so was very aware of this.

Loved the pool area. Shower had good water pressure

My first room shower was broke off the wall the first night and it still wasnt fixed after the second day with absolutely no communication from staff about progress so had to switch rooms at night with two little girls. Not fun. All staff could definitely use hospitality training. No one acknowledges visitors or even smiles

Check in was quick and easy, front end staff was pleasant and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Food and service was excellent in both the restaurant and Casino.

It was very noisy. Walls are paper thin…. First hotel room I’ve stayed in that I was awoken by my neighbour in the next room snoring NOT my spouse! General consensus from our group was the same…. Everyone had a different complaint all relating to the noise. So if you want a solid sleep I highly recommend ear plugs!

I was familiar with the hotel and its amenities. I have stayed in the past and the price was fair for those amenities. Location was great and near where I had to go in town.

Would have probably chosen another place because the pool and hot tub were closed due to maintenance. I was planning on using them and was disappointed that it wasn't available. Had I known I would have stayed at a cheaper hotel without a pool.

Despite being a little outdated, I loved the whimsical decor and having a room that opened to a courtyard with a beautiful pool, hot tub and sauna. The fitness facilities were adequate and all the the staff were very friendly and quick to respond. I loved the theme and there was a great complimentary breakfast in the morning. The coffee was so good and the sausages were cooked to perfection.

There was nothing available to clean the machines in the fitness area. I was the only person there so it wasn't a big problem but it seemed odd since every other fitness place requires you to wipe off the equipment after use. While very quaint, this hotel is starting to show it's age. The sauna was covered in graffiti, there were areas blocked off and in need of repair. The hot tub had a horrible smell, but that could have been due to the water in the area, but still it was off putting. I felt like I needed a long shower afterwards.

Very kind staff. Clean room. Convenience with shuttle access to and from the airport.

The Max restaurant was closed without notice to those staying at the hotel, so we had to find other means of food. Unfortunately, I was reliant solely on the shuttle and therefore had to waste money at the airport to eat on my day of check out.

Clean and beautiful facility, friendly, helpful staff. The rooms were nice size and very clean.

I understand that all pools need maintenance, but I really wanted the pool to be up and running. With that being said, I will stay there again regardless.
