We LOVED that you didn't have carpet! (It's WHY we stayed there!). Hotel carpet is gross.

Wish there was an actual coffee machine, rather than a keurig. But that's all.

We liked that the room was very clean and quiet. It is particularly designed where you enter from an inside hallway this cuts off street noise. The bed was very comfortable. They have taken a lot of care to make it different than a standard room. There is Keurig coffee pods, quality hand lotion and shampoo.

Check in was at 4:00 and she arrived at 4:20 to check us in. There was about five others waiting in the lobby as well. When you arrive you are supposed to phone her luckily others were there as I cannot make calls. The parking lot is full of pot holes. Don’t let the looks of the outside deceive you as it is wonderful inside.

Room was very clean. Beds comfortable with nice linens. Quiet room even with tracks outside and a busy road! Room door was steel with a key code lock that automatically locked after a few seconds; huge bonus for 2 gals traveling by themselves. There is a laundromat next door and an excellent Mexican restaurant adjacent to motel. Extremely responsive host. Definitely staying there again next time I'm traveling in that area.

The fear of the train tracks & possible street noise when we arrived but I was pleasantly surprised inside the room was very quiet.

It was unique. It was a motel so nobody above you. It has a separate entrances to a long well carpeted hall and then rooms were up and down the hall. It was a keyless and card less entrance to the room. Also up and down the hall there were large red covered trash cans to dispose of trash so you didn’t need to fill the room with smelling old food and car trash. It had plush gray towels and plenty of them. Large shampoo and conditioner bottles along with lotion and sink hand soap… It was super quiet.

I could have used an extra blanket.

This little place was clean, updated, comfortable, and very quiet. I absolutely loved that the room included good signage so you don't have to wonder which light switch works what or how to use the heating/air. I wish more places would do that! The room had all you needed -- a hairdryer, microwave, refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker with a great selection of coffees and teas. The shower has good water pressure AND a handheld shower head. Oh, the room was big enough to have space for yoga!

On the edge of town - so a short drive to be in town - but that meant easy parking off of the main road. The rooms are off of a main hall with multiple entrances along the length of the motel so there is an effective sound break that minimizes road and traffic noise. I imagine that in cold weather that helps to keep the rooms warmer too.

Friendly reception and welcoming. Check-out was simple too. Nothing that stands out as a minus.

A lot of things were great about this motel. The double entry was a nice feature and made the room nice and quiet. The key code door entry was a great feature. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. We also liked the recliner in the room. The towels were big and fluffy. I actually did not mind the sink/vanity being in the room rather than the bathroom as it meant I could get ready while hubby was showering. I can see why it might have drawbacks though as it was literally at the foot of the bed so quite close quarters. Really liked that we could park right outside of where our room was. There is a couple of gas stations and McDonald’s close by for late night snacks but you need to drive to downtown.

The room was quite small. We stayed in a king room. There’s just not a tonne of space but perfectly fine for our quick stay and only two of us. The microwave was dirty and there was old takeaway Chinese left in the fridge. I didn’t love the big shampoo/conditioner bottles in the bathroom, they looked like they had been sitting around there for a while. It said in the instructions that you could ask for a late checkout. I messaged in advance on the app but didn’t get a reply and then when I asked at check in, was reluctantly told we could have until 10.30am (normal check out is 10am) and could stay until 11am for $30. It was fine but wouldn’t advertise late check out or be more clear in your instructions that it is offered for a fee.

What a cool little motel! Loved the themed room and all of the pics of animals etc. Felt like we were also learning about the native wildlife from all of the informative photos along the corridor. The room was also comfortable and clean. Even though we were able to park right outside, it was also nice to step out of our room into a corridor, rather than straight into the cold (sometimes it's the small things).

I loved the old western feel of this cute hotel. It is small and run by a very nice lady. We were traveling with our dog, and they have a nice big yard outback that he was able to use. There are two restaurants (Mexican and Thai) a very short walk across the street, on the same side as the hotel. Even though they do not have breakfast, we had enough leftovers from dinner to share for our breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We were blown away by the quality of our stay in Livingston Inn! Very comfortable beds, generous space in the room, the pull out bed had high quality mattress and bedding was so clean and comfortable! We loved how quiet it was at night, everything, to the smallest detail was designed to please the customer. We stayed as a large family and we all absolutely loved it! It’s apparent that owner put her heart into this.

There was nothing we didn’t like
