Clean comfy bed with nice sheets. I felt very comfortable in the room. Floors were clean and all the updates to the room were done well. This is an older property, but it is nicely updated. Beats the heck out of a modern box room in a modern hotel built on the edge of town. Downtown Missoula is a very walkable town, and this property is a few blocks from the center. I walked all over downtown, so fun!

Hotel light outside the window. Could be fixed with some blackout blinds. After I got to sleep it wasn’t an issue.

Cozy, convenient, and pleasant stay. Many cute restaurants and shops in walking distance. The bed was super comfy and the room was lovingly renovated. They provide a hot water kettle and gourmet instant coffee in the room, and there is a Keurig in the main office, along with a selection of teas. The staff was incredibly helpful and personable, and helped me solve a problem I’d had as a result of a widespread power outage that hit parts of Missoula after a bad storm.

The room is rather small, which wasn’t a problem for us, but if you have a lot of luggage it might be tricky.

This was a compact room but the owners made the most of the space. Everything we needed .. electrical plugins on both sides of the bed with cube style bedside tables built into the wall. The bathroom with pocket door was bright with a beautiful walk-in shower and a raised sink. Loved having a kettle to use in my room. The bed was comfortable as was the bedding. There was a built in closet to hang shirts and jackets. The big leather ottoman could be used as seat or a place to lay open your suitcase. Good location, we walked to the Old Post for supper & music. Did a morning walk through the historical district. Parked right outside our door. Can’t say enough .. so loved this property!!

LOVED EVERYTHING.

Clean and comfy. Good heater/air conditioner. Comfy bed and decent television. Listen, this is a motel....not a hotel. This facility, staff etc, would be decent but not impress if you were staying in a nice hotel, BUT for a motel, this was one of the best I've stayed in. Everything worked in the room. Clean, and of course, value. If you want an amazing hotel experience, well double the price and you will get one. For what this is and what it is trying to be, it was great.

There is not a lot of parking.

The location is great, the people are very nice and responsive and the place is very very clean.

I suspect I looked at the images wrong but we needed a table and chair and our room had only a narrow counter height shelf and a stool too tall for my short legs. The only place to hang clothes in our room was a high bar over the microwave area without enough room for the formal clothes we brought to attend a wedding. - this may be more about my attention to detail than a criticism of the room.

The location was fantastic — I walked to dinner in the evening and to a coffee shop the next morning. My room had been tastefully updated. The bed was extremely comfortable, firm but with enough give to keep the hips comfy. The linens on the bed were nice, too. They were soft and didn’t few thin and cheap like so many budget motels.

I wish the lobby opened earlier so I could get a real cup of coffee before 8am. I also wish my room had true black out curtains. A lot of light from the walkway and the street came in even with the curtains pulled.

Look the property was clean and taken care of The room had been all refurbished The bed was nice and comfy

I gave the property 8/10 only because the way parking is We arrived later in the evening and at this motel even though it’s an old style motor lodge there is no assigned parking We parked up the street Probably not a problem for most just letting you know

It didn’t look like the pictures. Would have been better if they had some art work up. The pics didn’t seem to match my room but it was a very good stay nonetheless

Listed as “a boutique motel”. Pics online matched the description which I bragged about to some friends. But the atmosphere didn’t match the pics. Not a big deal.

I’m glad the had a fridge microwave and water heater for the instant coffee or tea. Location was great, walkable to several shops, restaurants and the riverfront. Was able to park right in front of my room too.

The AC was a bit loud and it was a warm day, so I needed to have it on most of the night. The bathroom & shower was dated & could use an upgrade. Room was a bit small for 2, but would be fine for one person.

The motel has a great location and parking right in front of your door so its easy to keep an eye/ quick to access your car. We stayed for a concert so it was a quick overnight. Felt clean and comfortable!

I didn't bother me but more front desk interaction or availability could be nice. It's still over a hundred dollars so offering some sort of food or better beverages would nice, like water with fruit or something.
