Mathew and Jessica were very pleasant and helpful in our arrival and throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. We have two more weekends booked and look forward to our future stays at Fairbridge in Missoula.

Jessica and Mathew were awesome again. Location was great for us in relation to where we needed to go. Easy access.
There was a little more street noise than last visit. Could have been location of the room but nothing that kept us from getting a good night's rest.

Beautiful lounge furniture and very nice spacious breakfast room. we had a lovely room on ground level where we could see our car out the window. The counter clerk was very friendly and helpful, Anthony.
drab outside appearance. would have liked more selection for breakfast like scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon.

A bit expensive but over all worth it.. could compete with other hotels for a better price might help if you ask me that is all this place needs to be great..

Breakfast was good. Coffee excellent!
The last few days, my room got too hot. No way to turn heat down. Had to open window to grow get relief. I did not complain to staff because I figured there wasn’t anything they could do.

STAFFING WAS VERY KIND, WHEN CHECKING IN AND THEN CHECKING OUT... IT WAS DECENT, HAD MICROWAVE/FRIDGE NICELY CLEAN. BED AND LINING WERE COMFY AND CLEANED. PET FRIENDLY.
I DID FEEL A LITTLE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH SOME OF THE PEOPLE STAYING. IT SEEMED THEY WERE LONG TERM STAYS. ONE OF THE PEOPLE CONTINUE TO ASK ME FOR A SMOKE AND THEY WOULD PICK UP USED BUDS OFF THE GROUND AND A COUPLE OF THEM NEVER SEEM TO WEAR SHOES. ( I ONLY FELT UNCOMFORTABLE, BUT IN ALL I FELT SAFE ).
