Dog Friendly. Amazing breakfast and breakfast staff! The gentleman who cleared tables was so kind and helpful! Just a truly good person who made others feel good. The first time he helped us to give directions, I didn't know he was an employee, thought he was another happy vacationer until I saw him later in the breakfast area. My granddaughter loved the pool.

The night staff that checked us in, not very friendly. But I get it, we arrived late, 11pm ish, everyone has had a long day and tired but a smile would have been nice.

The commons area was a GREAT place for our family to gather. In the evening, we ordered in pizza and ate there. We also enjoyed the delicious, complimentary breakfast there in the morning. The bar inside the facility was a great treat as well. We had a large group who enjoyed a great time there...and the bartender was outstanding. We were also pleased with the size of our room (one king-size bed).

We were pleased with nearly EVERYthing. The ONLY "negative" was no elevator to the 2nd floor

very clean place, staff were very nice, the pool area was nice and clean, updated inside, outside is misleading to how nice the Hotel is. Lobby is very nice. Room was nice, beds were comfortable. We had a Sick kid in the night and the night desk lady got us fixed right up with new linens. Would stay again.

Bathroom was to small, Other Guests were rude. People these days have no common courtesy. Very loud at night, and early morning, so thin walls.. Someone brought a puppy that barked at every quest walking by the room. Someone pulled the fire alarm in the early morning. We didn’t get to have breakfast as we slept in longer from not being able to sleep well from all the above (Glad check out time was Noon). but it looked like it was probably a good spread. Pool was very cold but still nice.

Good breakfast, with some variety for the several days. Bacon was the best though. Location was perfect for us. Rooms were just the right size.

We would have like the pool to be heated a little more. Too cool for smaller children that got cold. No towel rack by sink for hand towel.

We didn’t like that when we pulled up, the outdoor sign was missing panels and just the internal lights were showing. This is how it was for both signs. The parking lot didn’t look nice either. Looked from The outside like a run down place that we wouldn’t have chosen, but inside was nice.

Great, plus that is was included with the price was something that I was looking for so my family could eat well before going homr

The road construction around the hotel was really crummy! Not the hotels fault but these businesses had 2 big events to prepare for!

There was a large selection of breakfast items and the dining area was clean and spacious. The room was quiet and clean and all staff that we interacted with were helpful.

The “hot” items on the breakfast bar could have been hotter and this may be just personal pfrefence, but I thought the bacon should have been cooked a bit more.

Very clean, I thought it was a brand new hotel. Bed was made so tight you could bounce a quarter off of it. We met the owner at breakfast and he offered us extra food to take on the trip.

I did hear the humidifier going all night but I still got shut eye

It was very noisy, you could hear everything in the halls and outside The bar was closed Turning the lights on amd off was weird, there were no switches

The workers were nice.

The pool water was sooo cold and the hot tub wasn't even a hot tub. Then there was a little girl that slipped and broke her shoulder and they still didn't put wet signs by the pool. They need on for sure on the top floor because someone can slip and fall down the stairs.
