Great breakfast (had grandchildren). Lovely room and great location.

Pool was overrun by rowdy, unsupervised middleschool age children. They were throwing pool towels in the pool and running to jump on them in the water. We were there for two nights with our grandchildren and planned on using the pool during the day. They were too intimidated by the wild behavior to stay. We later found out these children were not guests at the hotel but friends of staff. It was disappointing.

Very clean and welcoming. Great full breakfast just wish it was consistent on what they were serving.

TV in the room, you had to turn up over 80 to hear it. We tried adjusting the settings and it still did not work correctly. Lastly, the Wifi was not secure so doing work here was hard we had to go get secure Wifi which is something you should not have to do.

The extreme cleanliness

The air conditioner died at 1 am. We turned it off at the thermostat and agreed to damn late to get another room. At 3 am it groaned and died again. This time we slayed the machine by unplugging the unit from the wall. I appreciate the double squeeze plug to remove from wall. But again decided we were leaving around seven anyway. The next morning we informed the front desk as we turned in keys. No one offered a refund or discount. Disappointed but not happy.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bed was excellent. The hot breakfast was provided, along with other choices. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay after a long day of travel.

The shower head feature knob did not work well, but not a big issue.

Chantel who checked us in late was more than accommodating

I wasn't able to book directly with the hotel as BOOKING.COM hijacked my booking and did on a subsequent. This tactic should be illegal and booking.com is a nefarious organization due to their tactics

It is a very well maintained building with all the amenities that we were looking for.

We waited at the front seat for at least 15 min before anyone came around to check us in and he wasn’t overly welcoming but did the job. Breakfast area seemed ‘skimpy’. There were still items covered up and not being used but we had good choices available.

Breakfast was early which worked out great for us and was unexpected. Also, staff was super nice and friendly in the morning.

At check-in the receptionist took a moment to warm up and become more friendly.

Comfort Suites exceeded my expectations. Stayed while driving from Utah to Georgia. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was very helpful and the amenities were fine. Not the Ritz, but a pleasant stay.

I have nothing negative to say about my stay.

It was in a good location away from the main stretch of Grand Island. Clean and up to date. Rooms were huge, bed comfortable.

Pool was freezing. I don’t feel like the pool is heated which is a shame. Coffee that was provided wasn’t very good.

Extremely clean, and a very new hotel. This was great and the staff was very kind. The room was perfect with the extra pull out and two queen beds to accommodate a larger family. 

It’s just a few miles off the highway and we stopped here for a quick overnight on our way to Colorado.
