Location is great! Right off the main road. Very near multiple restaurants, both fast food and sit down.The hotel smelled clean but there wasn't a chemical smell. The rooms were clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. They were very generous with the number of pillows provided which was a pleasant surprise! Breakfast was good with a good choice of options which included waffles, biscuits and gravy, pastries and muffins, cold cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee and several juice options were also offered. Also, the price was very reasonable.

The only thing I can think of is the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. That is literally the only constructive criticism I can think of. Oh, and maybe add hard boiled eggs as a breakfast protein choice.

After a long day of driving it was the perfect place for me to stop (solo woman traveler). The hotel was clean, quiet, secure, and the staff welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the temperature in the room was perfect. I'm picky about my mattress and pillows (princess & the pea!) and this was just right for me. I brought my own food due to a restricted diet, but did get a yogurt and fruit the next morning at the hotel breakfast. They also had biscuits and gravy and waffles, and all the usual fare. I would stay here again.

I was happy with everything. I can't think of anything I didn't like. Well, some eggs at breakfast would have been nice, but like I said, I brought my own food.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I would definitely come back again. New Victorian is less "plush" than a Country Inn and Suites but if you're looking for a good clean room and an acceptable breakfast while saving money this is a good option. On top of that, it feels much less "McDonalds-like" than national chain hotels. The man handling front desk duty and multiple phones when I arrived around 9:30pm was friendly, helpful and a real person. I appreciate it all and will come back--with the savings I bought a solid dinner and still saved money compared to many of the competitors.

The parking lot was VERY full, but it was a busy Friday and I got a space so that's the most important thing.

I got the jacuzzi suite cause I wanted to relax in tub. Loved it. Room was cheap compared to other motels/hotels. Also had breakfast. They let me have a late check out as well. Staff was very nice & helpful.

I didn’t like the fact the knob to turn on the jacuzzi was over by the window, so had to get out 3 times to turn it back on after it shut off, but I understand why they do that. Smelled a little like dogs in the hallway but wasn’t terrible.

The staff was all great and I love that they are welcoming to dogs. They didn't give me any trouble with my service dog as some motels have. The room was clean and didn't smell like animals. I will definitely stay again.

The kids slamming the door next to us. I didn't like that we didn't have coffee in our rooms. I really don't have any other complaints.

No complaints! My girlfriend and I stayed here on the way to Colorado so we could take a rest, and it was a clean comfortable stay. There was a worker at the front desk who was so friendly we remembered his name even after his vacation. His name was kern, and we really loved his kind and friendly nature.

Breakfast was good, front desk and cleaning staff were very nice.

We could hear a lot of noise from the hallway on our floor and from the room above us. There was a young lady employee who was having a bad day and was visibly upset with the other breakfast/front desk employee and obviously did not want to be there that morning.

Very pleasant friendly staff and it was a very clean and quiet and comfortable place to stay.

I was disappointed with the breakfast it advertised deluxe breakfast and I'm not sure what they were talking about but it seemed like pretty much continental breakfast with the waffles being extra.

Good continental breakfast. They keep it well replenished. Nice clean breakfast area. Our room was clean. All in all we like the motel for the price we pay.

The carpet in our room could be replaced. Looking old and warn. Main hall on 1st floor stinks like urine. ( dog or cat pee)

Very clean and comfortable room ,especially the spa. We got in very late ,and it was nice to find someone at the desk and he was very nice and helpful The ladys at the desk Monday morning were very helpful and friendly as well. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked and smelled very good .The coffee was awesome also Our room was so easy to get to ,and was able to park right at the back door to our room.

I can't think of much to say that we didn't like ,just maybe the cost ,but having the spa in our room was worth it to us
