It's new, everything is new, and it hit high marks on everything but A well trained staff, they will get there, I am sure of it. Its big pull is the pool and slides and so on, great for family stuff. I am a single man who has no children, my playing days are well past. :-)

The bar staff needs more training in client relations and communications skills. I was prejudged by my biking attire, I had just arrived at the hotel and had just checked in. I was hot and sweaty, and my hair was a mess. I was curious about the quality of restaurant; wine is very important to me when dining out. When I was inquiring about the wine, I asked, "What wines do you carry?" He started naming off the variety of glass wine they served. "We have Cabernet, Chardonay... by the glass" when he had finished, I guess after a long ride, I was a bit irritable. I responded with "do you have a wine list; do you carry bottled wines?" "Oh, yes we do." "I can afford a bottle of wine." It was tactless, perhaps on both our parts.

I loved everything about this place! When I walked into the lobby, I felt like I was a princess from the movies. This place is exceptionally clean, updated and absolutely beautiful! I have already booked my next room with them for next month and bringing more family to fill their rooms.

They tried to charge my card for 2 rooms. Then, I was over charged for my 1 room. Almost $400 for 1 night when priceline said it was only supposed to cost $290. Hopefully, they can get that fixed and back into my account.

The food was excellent but portion sizes were too large Location was great for going to watch the cranes every day Looking forward to coming back again when the visitor center and art museum are opened

Didn’t get out to walk due to high winds and cold Didn’t, get maid service every day but may have had something to do with COVID or hotel policies People were coming and going to the indoor pool with bare feet and leaving wet footprints and puddles in the elevator

This property is amazing! the pool area alone would cause me to book again. Two large water slides, small water slides and dumping bucket area for younger kids, huge hot tub and pool with basketball in the water. Nice decor and beds in the rooms. Restaurant on site is very nice with good staff and good food. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Loved the reading lights in the rooms and large desk/countertop area

only trouble we had was the printer I’m the lobby didn’t work but the front desk staff is amazing and just typed what I needed herself and used the printer at the front desk

The room was clean and comfortable, and the whole family had a fantastic time at the waterpark.

Everything was great. The price seems a little bit high, but it doesn’t stop us from going once or twice a year because it is a memorable staycation spot. The meal at Fyre was a bit of a dud, but we eat there regularly and know that is a one off. We will certainly be back. Thank you for the hospitality!

We loved the pool and arcade room. We liked that you couldn’t hear anything in the halls from the room, which made for quiet evenings. Beds were very comfy and hotel was very clean and friendly.

I would’ve liked a continental breakfast or something similar, but we were fine without!

The only issue I encountered was trying to contact the front desk. I was arriving later than expected and wanted to make sure my reservation wasn’t cancelled but the phone was beeping like it was off the hook. I was able to contact the restaurant inside the hotel and the fabulous employee there took my message and delivered it to the front desk.

The rooms were standard. The beds were comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and the slides were the best feature we enjoyed! We didn’t have time to enjoy the arcade/game room. Within walking distances to other nice restaurants and a little lake you could walk by.

The only thing I did not like was just having a slight wait at the front desk to get help.

Loved the waterpark and clean modern rooms.

It was shocking that this expensive of a room did not come with a breakfast of some type included. Even cheaper hotels include a breakfast. With the waterpark at this location it obviously will have children staying there so not having a breakfast included is not helpful at all

Exceptionally clean! Very nice staff! Loved the water park also very clean! Rooms are very comfortable and roomy! Would definitely stay here again.

No breakfast included, coffee machine didn't work in room. Water in shower didn't drain well.
