Christian was excellent help!! He directed me towards nearby places to eat and also helped me get my U-haul with tow behind situated in the parking lot for the night. Breakfast was awesome....hot tub was welcoming and at a great temperature. The whole property was very clean. I loved my stay and will definitely choose this chain again and again!

Nothing I didn't like.

It was nice they had a hot tub. They have a nice size fridge in the rooms. Staff was nice and seemed like they wanted to help. Good sized pool for kids to swim in. That’s about it that we liked. Location isn’t bad.

The room wasn’t super clean, shower was almost broke and out of date. Toilet barely flushed. Pool was ice cold sand hot tub was hot but water stunk and was a weird color. Beds were hard and not very comfortable. Their free breakfast wasn’t really worth going down for. I’ve stayed at many Americinn sand this was the worse one.

Large room, it even had a jacuzzi in it. I didn't use it but I was impressed. The staff was friendly. There's a cracker barrel across the street. So other than the fact I need to to rinse the bathtub out before use... great place to stay

If this hotel had an elevator I would rate it perfect! I can't believe how many two and three story hotels are being built today with no elevator.

It was clean and plenty of room. T.v. was nice and large. The breakfast had a little bit of everything, which was nice. Everything in our room worked just fine and the location was just across the street from cracker barrel, our favorite restaurant. The staff were at the front desk 24 x 7, when we checked in at 1 am. They were very pleasant.

There were very few snacks in the vending machines, but by the time we left, there were a few to choose from. The pillows were comfy but half the size of normal pillows, which was weird.

The employees are always friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

The bed seemed awfully hard, but then I have a gel bed at home that's extremely comfortable. Also the lighting is not particularly conducive to reading because all the light is directed downward and not toward where a book would be.

The receptionist was nice, and he helped us with whatever we needed.

The pool was freezing cold, and the hot tub wasn't all that clean. It sucked since I had a 1 yr old with me.

we booked a double queen instead of a king suite due to lack of description of the later room. our exhaust didn’t work in our bathroom and our alarm went off at 11:45 pm every night even after turning it off.

not enough towels at pool area would it be possible to chemical treatment the pool at night at the closing of the pool so it has all night to cycle through instead of in the morning when it opens?

The room was big and spacious

They didn't give me the room I booked. But they did give me a different room to choose from once I checked in. The pool was really packed all day and all night. My kids did not get to swin until the last 15 mins. The receptionist let us stay in longer. Really nice guy
