It was Christmas eve when we checked in. A bit past midnight. The front desk person was kind and to the point and available upon entry. Our beds were very comfortable and my husband and i are very particular about our beds. Breakfast was available when we left first thing Christmas morning. Hot coffee, and many options both healthy and substantial with a microwave available if we wanted breakfast sandwiches. It was Christmas day so we knew the entire warm breakfast wasn't going to be available. But the spread was perfect. We checked out quickly and the men working were friendly despite having to miss their Christmas morning with family.

The pillows... the pillows were either too thick or the pillow was smaller but lumpy.

Location was conveniently right off the interstate, so very convenient. Also super easy to get to downtown Lincoln. Checkin was easy, room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and TV worked just fine. Water pressure was strong and hot water plentiful. Breakfast was as expected!!

I really have no complaints - maybe the bathroom floor corners could have been just a touch cleaned up - but really I have no negatives to share.

It was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I liked the pump soaps and shampoos. The location was convenient. The staff was very helpful

The Spectrum services were down and we were disappointed. We had driven from 6:00 to 3:00 and just wanted to rest and watch tv until dinner. Later that evening it came back on . You should switch providers as they are unreliable, as per many reviews. I would have liked extra towels in the room.

The staff was always pleasant and willing to help with extra towels and face covering. The face covering packets are a great travel friendly option - thank you. Housekeeping staff were so nice and happy to help get clean towels, soap, take soiled towels, clean bathroom and empty trash. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that only did a room clean at request but the staff is amazing so it worked out ok. Please thank the wonderful housekeeping staff. The laundry facilities were spotless and thanks for having laundry detergent. Price for laundry ok too. Lights in parking lot were bright and I felt safe.

The eggs were cold on most days.

The customer service was wonderful, and the staff was on top of it. The facility was very clean.

The bathroom lights were extremely bright. I wish there was an option to even have either the ceiling lights on and/ or the mirror lights on instead of both.

Very friendly staff and a comfortable room. My colleague and I were very happy with the Executive King Rooms, and the extra large desk was perfect for getting work done between meetings. The price was also perfect for our budget. The breakfast was very good, although we didn't have time to eat much—we took the cinnamon rolls to go and they did not disappoint!

We were only staying for one night, and didn't encounter any issues at all. The location was a little further from where we had our meetings, but that's no-one's fault.

We only stayed one night as we passed through Lincoln. The front desk staff was professional. The room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was great and had many options. My kids were thrilled to see the Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls!!

The room above us was LOUD and thumping around until late.

Breakfast was great. Location was close to the interstate but heard no road noise. Everything looked new but was told by the staff that it was several years old but was Maintenace that kept it looking so good.

Hotel was very nice and the stay was wonderful.

The person next door slept with the TV on all night and the noise was hard the first night but the next night. Walls seem a bit thin.

Clean, spacious, friendly staff, nice breakfast. This was our 2nd stay while we were in Lincoln. The staff were great. The hotel is very clean and comfy. We were in town for leisure and had the kids.
