I’m so happy we chose this hotel as our North Platte stop with 5 children! For roughly the price I would pay anywhere for that many people, we were given an extra-spacious room (about 50% larger) with the most exceedingly comfortable beds I can remember sleeping on! They were just noticeably comfortable! I mentioned it to the staff the next morning and their response was, “We hear that a lot.” :) Breakfast was delicious, with some upgraded options—sausage, eggs and TWO waffle makers. They even had family games available in the lobby. Swimming is important to us on long trips, and the pool AND hot tub were both in good shape and well attended to. When we asked about pool hours, the front desk clerk said “7am to 10pm… but we can get you in earlier if that helps.” Considering most pools won’t open until 8 or later, this seemed very generous! Speaking of, the staff at the desk and in housekeeping were all so nice that even my kids noticed and commented on it as we were driving away. This hotel will DEFINITELY be our North Platte hotel from now on (NP is the halfway stop to the family that lives 20 hours east of us… so we WILL be back!) Thanks for the great experience!

The location was easily noticed and easy to access directly from the highway. Staff was professional and friendly. Staff met my special request for a ground floor room. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast area was clean and orderly. The food was good, but...

There was no place to hang towels and wash cloths in the bathroom. The food could've/should've been warmer. I ate about 7:00 am.

This place is the definition to the word Comfort! It was very comfortable and clean.. I and my family booked a suite with two queens and a couch with separate sitting area. Plenty of space for everyone and sleeping quarters. Our children enjoyed the comfort and their space. Breakfast was good and of plenty selections. The manager and his staff were genuinely hospitable,and due to my wife being disabled they did accommodated us to the best they could with care. Will stay again when heading back home as we are traveling west from east. Thanks to the manager and his staff. Two thumbs up!!!

I loved this hotel. The room was excellent and clean and the suite was very roomy.

Had a table right outside the door and that is where the smokers congregated. Never went to the car without having to go through second hand smoke. I have asthma and my mom has COPD. Was not good for either of us. Maybe just move that table and chairs a few yards down from the door

Our family suite was large and comfortable with 2 queens and a pullout sofa, with some extra room on the couch for our youngest. The room was clean and nothing looked run down. It was all in great condition. The breakfast had a variety of options like homemade waffles, hot omelettes and sausages, bagels, toast, bananas, and juice. They had a nice water container with lemons in the lobby.

The breakfast was good, good way to start the day. Nice choice of what to eat. Location of Hotel, was close to airport, and for friends to pick me up.

One thing for me , was the floor in the shower was a little slippery, so had to be careful, not bad just had to watch when I got in and out. But was very nice set up.

The room was very nice and the amenities were great! Staff was very friendly. Lobby was inviting (loved the lemon infused water). Overall, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Only heard a dog bark once.

Hard to spot when driving. Also, while the staff was very friendly, there were a couple times when no one was up front to help answer questions. While the breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast, they didn't keep up on the coffee.

We got stuck in bad weather in Wyoming. Did make to the hotel until 2:30 in the morning. There was a problem with our reservation but the young man was so helpful, he got it taking care and we were able to just crash for about 5 hours and get back on the road.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and our suite was very clean. And roomy.

The room had adjoining doors with the neighboring room. While this is common and great for large families, the adjoining room had kids playing board games right at the door until late, so their screams of surprise/joy/dismay kept us awake.

Friendly staff, clean room, nice breakfast, good location. Didn't use the pool but it looked great!

The beds had so much "extend the mattress life" padding that it was rather lumpy. Comforter came up to our waist. Rather odd. THE ICE MACHINE. YIKES! It was right across from our room. Woke up several times as it was a popular destination and super noisy!
