The staff is so wonderful and friendly, the room was welcoming and clean. The room service changed our towels without being asked while we were away. The Dove toiletries is a great product!! The texting feature for direct contact to the staff is fantastic and very convenient for guests.

Our room had tile floor I understand the geography of the sand hills sand is everywhere :) a broom or a swifter for the guests to use during their stay is the only thing that could be better. Overall not an inconvenience at all the floor was clean upon arrival.

We liked breakfast, the room , and the large lobby area. Wecan tell the hotel is trying to make improvements to an olb building, and it is coming along great. We would stay there again.

The run down feeling kind of makes you feel like you are staying somewhere not very nice. lol But, the rooms and lobby are great! The staff was exceptional, too. Very cheerful and upbeat, as well as helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and spacious. Desk staff was friendly and helpful. Building was under reservation while we were there; it was obvious they are in process of making many improvements to update the property. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great. Plenty of restraunt choices close to hotel.

The staff and the location. The bed area was clean and nicely set up. The temp of the room was nice. Everything we needed was easily accessible.

The bathroom had mold and hard water stains. The soap trays coating is chipping. The curtain was orange on the bottom from hard water and mildew.

Large comfortable room. Included cable TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, king bed, plus other things I didn’t use.

This is an older facility that was once a show piece but now needs professional maintenance and general freshing-up. The maintenance that was attempted appears to have been done by unskilled people. I was there for 3 nights and the cleaning staff never came into my room to empty my trash or refill my coffee supply. When I asked for more coffee, they acted like they couldn’t understand English, but I did get more coffee when I asked at the front desk.

The rooms remodeled are so much better. The floor is pretty and well taken care of. The bathroom and lighting is pretty. The breakfast was awesome, well stocked and tended to.

In our room most of the fixtures had dust. I also think if you would take the time to pull/hide cords like the cable box to the tv would make the room look just that much more taken care of.

While walking up to our room was skeptical as a little rough on the outside. Not the hotel per day, but the restaurant took 35 mins for us to get our appetizer. I know we were late but we were late and it was not busy, but good food!

Ignore how it looks from the outside, they are having a refurb. Rooms are modern and comfortable and the breakfast is decent too.

The bed is comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The room has plenty of electrical outlets with usb ports for recharging phones. The breakfast offers ordinary freshly cooked food. The price is more economical than the others at that exit. As a place to stay on a road trip, it serves the purpose.

The lighting is dim making it difficult to read. The HVAC systems works well, keeping the room cool, but it is very loud.

Service was great. They were very busy because of the storm but they treated every guest respectfully and were even able to change my first floor outside room to a better room in the inside courtyard.

The gym is not the greatest. Only three machines and these were pretty outdated.
