It was a decent hotel, rooms were a good size, staff was nice, pool was big and not over crowded, breakfast was good with a decent amount offered, beds were clean, bathrooms needed some more cleaning as we found stuff and hair on towels but we brought our own so we just tossed them in the dirty pile, the carpets could use some cleaning but at the same time it's a hotel that many people stay at so I can look past the stains

The elevators were fast but only 2 were working, one would open up on floors that had no one there, my room was right by the elevator and since it opened all the time without people there it would ding a lot

The suite room was a good size and had a kitchenette. I appreciated the privacy door that separated the two rooms. The beds were comfortable and I enjoyed the hotel breakfast in the morning. Unfortunately, I forgot my dental partial in the room. However, the manager, Mario, went out of his way to locate it and mail it back to me in my hometown. His hands-on service deserves a 100-star rating!

It was close to 9:00 am. The breakfast staff was pulling off food when there were guests in line for the waffles. I thought it was very rude as the waffle maker takes time to cook. The staff would not let the guests that were in line make their waffles.

Beautiful building; going through some maintenance challenges.

One of the bar keepers seemingly had no interest in attending to tables. The other one was very kind and attentive to my requests. Fortunately I finally got noticed after 20 minutes of waiting (but had to go up to the bar to get their attention).

Everything was perfect the only thing is just scrape the shower that are paint broken and paint them and that's all🔥

It was clean, breakfast was delicious, staff was great.

It was loud, a group of children running and very lound it was almost 11:30 pm. There was loud music from the bedroom on third floor , we were on the fourth floor. It was unconfortable, to sleep with all the noise.

Overall great experience. Elevator a little sketchy might want to get an update. The swimming pool was a bit cold and door glass was cracked and needed replacement but nothing to say it wasn't a good stay.

It was very lively.

Someone got shot, the pool was closed, vending machines stole money, restaurant was out of food and change, hair dryer caught fire, no batter in the smoke detector, most of the room features were broken, there is only ice on one floor and stains everywhere.

Location and the service was good

The pool. It needs more and water needs to be a little more water but other than that it was decent. Cameras too because with other family were playing to rough and it made us leave the pool early with them being careless

I didn't get to enjoy all of what they had but they had a nice pool, the people were nice and facilities were clean. The breakfasts were good too and the bar and grill had wonderful food.
