Hotel appeared clean, was easy to get to. The staff was extremely friendly and made check-in and check out very simple. We were allowed to check in a few minutes early which was nice.

I think because we checked in right after our room was cleaned it smell STRONGLY of bleach. Which is good that they clean with bleach, but it was pretty difficult to tolerate for a while. We ended up turning up the AC and leaving for a little while. The other issue I had was that our room was advertised as a King Suite with Hide-a-Bed but the bed was not a king-sized bed, I would guess it was a queen or a full. This was not a huge deal because my husband and I are used to sleeping in a smaller bed, but if you are not, then I would call the property and verify that the bed you're getting is in-fact a king.

The hotel was a good value for the money. We didn't use the kitchenette, gym, or laundry, but the facility would be great for someone needing an extended stay hotel.

The pool was a little warm -- more like a bath -- and some of the breakfast items appear to have been leftovers from the previous day (tasted dry and stale).

There was a problem with our room that the staff couldn't correct that night. The hotel was booked for the evening, and the receptionist went above and beyond to ensure our stay was discounted due to the issue. The room had some water damage, that is the only portion that was dirty enough for me to comment on. We would absolutely stay there again even with the inconvenience we had. All due to the respect and helpfulness of the night receptionist.

The room was amazing and the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was great.

Swimming lessons where going on in the pool and that fine only suggestions is to let people know so the public not bothering the instructor and child. Parent was a little upset that I took my kids swimming why they had a lesson which I didn't realize at the time. But parent made a comment to me and I made my kids get out.

nice well equipped rooms, spacious and clean! I loved that the rooms had full size microwaves and dishwashers as well as nice kitchenware to use. the staff were so friendly and accommodating, just amazing.. from front desk to housekeeping! I’ll definitely stay again and for much longer this time

Early check in was perfect and staff was great to work with. Room was very nice overall and very comfortable! Great free breakfast choices too!

Ice machines on our floor didnt work. Room heater worked, but the wall AC control showed an error. Glad the weather was cool for our stay.

Fantastic hotel that I will use for all my future stays in omaha. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful to suggest places to see and eat at. Facilities were very clean and well maintained with a great pool and hot tub.

The beds were a little stiff. Husband woke up with a stiff neck and back

location to what we were needing to do… location to restaurants, clean, provided an area for dogs.

There wasn’t sufficient parking and construction.
