Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The fitness center and pool were awesome. Beds were very comfortable. I loved the shower and the hotels decor. The atmosphere was amazing!

Waitress was very rude at dinner, we also noticed her yelling at her co workers around her including front desk staff. We waited 20 minutes before being acknowledge or receiving menu’s. She serviced others around us that were seated after us. Bar tender was great but he seemed over worked. The sink in our bathroom was stopped up. Elevators kept stopping had to take the stairs a couple times, closest and freezer door didn’t shut all the way in our room. Food was expensive and not that great.

The breakfast set up was easy to find, easy to serve. Tables were comfortable and spaced to allow privacy. The food was great. Overall our breakfast dining experience was excellent. Thank you. Would stay there again.

The location was a bit difficult for those not familiar with Omaha. Isn't much that can be done about that. That's about all I can say about "things I didn't like." Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you.

I booked through booking.com - in a big hurry (death in the family ). . . I didn't realize the price of the room increased dramatically each night. I was not happy about that, but I looked at the original contract and that is what I signed up for :( .

The location is great! Not a lot of traffic. Low key. The pool indoor and outdoor connected, nice. Large patio pool area allowed for multiple families to enjoy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and beautifully decorated.

I don't like that a lot of hotels do not have a handicapped accessible pool. It is so disappointing that I can not get in the pool with my family and friends. And no ice machines suck.

Comfortable, quiet hotel. Very clean. Stellar staff! Even with construction, they did the best they could to accommodate guests. Restaurant had been relocated to a meeting room but wow! The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. I understand the waiter also made the drinks and he was a genius at the bar!

Could have had better lighting in the bathroom.

I like how clean the bathroom was. The cleanliness of the room. I also like the variety of snacks in the snack room and the bar.

I can't complain about anything. Maybe just the parking spots were hard to find in the front, but it was a busy weekend.

We were in Omaha to watch grandson play hockey on Sunday. However, came on Saturday to do a little shopping. The location was perfect.

It's a bit hard to find. More signage on the Regency Parkway would be helpful.

The staff were so very helpful and friendly!

There were kids everywhere running throughout the place and they took over the pool. There were no towels available in the pool area because the kids and their parents used them all.

No restaurant only bar food service.

Our stay was wonderful. We had spent the week in a few hotels and by far this was the best. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were comfortable, clean and inviting. It was a great way to spend our last night with our daughter before sending her off to college. I'm sure when we return to pick her up we will be staying there again.
