nice easy to find services. courtyard and zen walk to areas was super nice. very nice staff and very helpful! it was a more adult facility and enjoyed that focus. the 24 hour work out area was nice. wish’s the other work out area was open 24/7

I was two rooms away from elevators and they could be heard through ear plugs and noise cancelling at night.

Great staff interactions throughout the facility. The food at the Earl Grey Cafe was excellent when I tried it for a variety of meals across the day. Breakfast was great. The Spa Aquae was by far my favorite. Amazing fitness center with stretching, weights, equipment and accessories for whatever dynamic workout you may desire. I utilized it every day of my stay! The locker room was an amazing retreat with excellent amenities and staff awaiting your every move, basically. The cleanliness throughout was apparent, with no noticeable areas for attention. The King room I got was spacious, clean, well-stocked and worked well for my needs. The bathroom was large and well maintained.

As a personal matter, I just don’t enjoy the smoke allowed in the casino, but that is not exactly a reflection on the property itself, moreso my opinion on health/hygiene inside buildings. If this property were in any state/location where indoor smoking wasn’t allowed, I would have virtually no meaningful complaints about the property.

The rooms are extremely large and the beds are super comfortable. The pool is large and clean with plenty of trees around and numerous sunbeds and parasols for sun bathing. The car valets were great and so helpful

The room was near the elevator and was very large and comfortable with both air conditioning and a multi-speed ceiling fan. The room had free WiFi, a desk, a table with two comfortable chairs, a large low boy dresser topped with a large flat screen TV that can connect to a gaming console, a small separate area with a coffee maker and a quiet refrigerator, and a walk in closet with a safe, iron, ironing board and robes. The bed was one of the most comfortable king sized beds I have ever slept in. The bathroom was huge, bigger than some motel rooms I've stayed in. There was a large well appointed spa type shower with a seat as well as a spa bathtub in the bathroom. The room also had a large well shaded balcony; well shaded is important in Las Vegas. The resort has an attached casino and several restaurants, including a coffee shop, with large servings of very good food, that is open 24 hours a day. The hotel has a complex set of pools with various functions like wading, swimming, sunbathing in lounges around the pool, in pool bar, etc. There are also resort activities like horse riding, biking, hiking, and golf putting greens. There was free valet parking at the hotel lobby, although you should tip the valets, and also I was able to self park in the resort parking garage for free. I had a very nice although short stay and felt well taken care of.

So enjoyed the Zen garden, pool and jacuzzi! Super comfortable bed and pillows. My daughter appreciated the in room jacuzzi as well.

The attitude of the reception when first arrived. The blonde with dark big framed glasses was certainly looking down on us and was condescending. When asked if they had vacancy I was told to go online to get it cheaper. Did not appreciate that. I had money for the room but appeared clear she wasn't going to book for me. Not a good reception to be greeted with

Very clean. I like walking in a hotel to check in. I do not like walking through a casino to the elevator.

That the valets had no space heater. It was very windy and freezing. The poor valet’s were very cold. They said that there were no propane tanks!!! How sad!! Yes, as guests there were no heaters as well, when waiting for your car!

I love the JW this is our preferred hotel to stay in Vegas. We love it! The front desk is during registration is always so helpful ❤️

The pool chaise cushions need to be let up, stained with bird Poop. The pool could be kept cleaner as well

I really appreciate the valet they are all very nice and informative it was really hot around the time frame that I was out there and they were hustling and bustling. They held great conversations and have positive attitudes. The grounds are beautiful, to have a evening walk with your family, just enjoying all the little bunnies running around and koi fish. I have booked this location twice already. I will be coming back.

I was comped for breakfast the first stay that I had with this location and unfortunately with the second booking that I had for Father's Day, that was not available to me when I booked the room for some reason? I really appreciate that the hotel attendance did honor my previous compensation and they added that to the room for me. Thank you very much, my husband and kids were very happy!

Everything. Fancy hotel for me, but worth the extra money. I treated myself to a massage with Louise. It was heaven. This therapist was one of the best as I worked as a massage therapist for quite a few years. Louise was respectful of my privacy, friendly, professional. Her demeanor was delightful and it was a top drawer experience.

They should have airport transportation as it was a $100.00 taxi ride, for me, including tip. Also, the toilet tissue in the suites is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Even the Casino had better and softer toilet tissue. Being a woman, the last thing you want or need is tissue stuck all over your lady bits!
